No choice but to give this a top rating. When you have a countertop that is thick, this item either makes or breaks the whole deal. It would be nice if they would just make the faucet with a longer stem to begin with. It creates the question: Is this the plan to squeeze an additional $10 sale? Answer: Whatever iSpring. Why not have your manufacturer make the stem a couple of inches longer. If it results in being too long for some, they could always cut it to size with a hack saw. Do I state the truth or what? Meanwhile, heres your extra 10 bucks.
