This is a good, space saving, RO system, with a pretty easy setup that takes the guesswork out of the water quality and when to change the filters.
This takes up about half the undersink space that most RO systems use and really reduces the complexity. You are only really connecting a fresh water supply, a drain, and a hose to outlet(s). Everything is clearly marked, you really can't mess this up. I did have to tighten the T-body that feeds the unit quite a bit to get rid of all the leaks. That is probably the cheapest part of the system, just a wonky clunk of adapters. When you are installing definitely tighten onto the water source and then tighten the adapter to the T. Then put everything else on. That adapter that connects to the water source was the messy piece for me, you really have to cinch it down.
The water tastes great, it took our water from about 600 TDS to 18. Out water is sourced from lakes, and before this system it really tasted like I was getting a mouth full of chlorine treated lake water. Now its as good as water gets, and my coffee has a better flavor!
I have another one of these units of the commercial type for my business which is what drove me to purchase this one over the competition. It has provided my business with 2 years of maintenance free water. Hoping the same for this one.

Did some research on reverse osmosis systems before going with this RO500. Besides all the major benefits that come from RO treated water, I also wanted a filtration system that’s good-looking, space-saving, quiet, and low-maintenance. So glad that this one from iSpring meets all my expectations!
Installation was a no-brainer. Just followed the instructions in the manual and completed the installation in about an hours and half(give myself the thumbs up, given that I’m not a handy person). Love the twist and lock design - this makes installing filters so much easier and faster.
The smart faucet tells the real-time TDS numbers. Mine started with 5 or 6 in the beginning and dropped to 1 or 2(mostly 1) in a few seconds. Personally, I’m not obsessed with super low TDS numbers, but my boy loves observing the changes of numbers when he gets his water. Water fills up really fast. The manual says that filter change reminders and any fault codes will also be displayed.
Most importantly, my tap water tastes great!! Instead of joining the current rush to get loads of bottled water in this Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, which is unnecessary and not good for the environment(think about how many plastic bottles there will be), I am SO HAPPY that I have this water filtration system in my kitchen, giving us safe and good-tasting water.

The product looks great and fits nicely underneath my sink. I installed it myself. As an engineer who's done a few DIY projects around the house and who has created many procedures over the years, i felt comfortable doing the install. Unfortunately, the procedure wasn't very clear so i ended up using multiple Youtube videos on this assembly. It took me 2-3 hours for the installation and it was by myself. If two people are doing this, may cut it down an hour.
Once it was installed it worked great for a while until i noticed the TDS value never changed from 44. i used another TDS meter to measure and it was consistently over 100. I contacted the service department and they took care of the issue very quickly. I reached out to them on a Thursday and the following Tuesday, replacement parts were shipped. The support desk helped me install the replacement filters, rinse them and reset the system. TDS numbers are tracking to

This is a great RO system. Moved recently and needed to install an RO. Did a lot of research, and settled on this model. Have used iSpring RO systems before. This one is fantastic. Faucet tells you ppm of water it is dispensing in real-time. Unit beep at you when a filter cartridge needs replaced. iSpring Customer support is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

I hired a plumber to install this product because I was not comfortable doing it myself. The plumber stated that he had never installed one like this before. I offered to show him the installation video (which I had watched) but he declined. This was my mistake in not insisting that he watch it. He also refused to read or even consult the manual. Needless to say when it came time to install the filters he did not remove the small rubber plugs on the upper end of each filter. This is clearly stated in the manuel and video. We then spent over an hour using tweezers and needle nose pliers with which to pull the plugs out. I had contacted support that was listed in the manuel. Don from support called me back in a timely manner. Other than the plumber having difficulty installing something he knew nothing about and refused to even glance at the manuel until we had a problem, it was a fairly straightforward process. My advice to anyone who is getting this is to watch the video and have the manuel open to where you are in the process for reference. The time spent is well worth the time it takes to check it out as opposed to the time and stress in correcting the mistake. As for the system I am totally impressed with the quality and taste of the water and the ice as I also had purchased the adapter for the icemaker. I would recommend this to anyone with the warning to reserch how to install as opposed to flying by the seat of your pants. I wanted to thank Don from support for contacting me in a timely manner after I had left a message for a callback.

This is the machine you want. Easy to install, great water. I went from over 600 ppm down to 30. Then I added a DI filter to one side for plants and it went to zero. The other split goes to the fridge. Works great. The ice cubes are smaller, but overall, I cannot complain. This system is amazing. The company has been around forever, so you know they'll have replacement filters. Make sure to go to their website for replacement filters. Amazon treats partners like crap and charges them a 30% fee. Which is garbage.

After quite a bit of research and watching videos we decided on this system despite the hefty price. It had all the features we wanted and since we upgraded our kitchen we wanted something sleek yet functional. My husband was able to install this himself so the videos were very helpful but we did reach out to customer service and Richard was super nice and thorough with assisting us. I like the display because I can visually see how much the water was filtered and I love numbers haha. But we are also short on cabinet space so a tankless system was a must. This has been pretty quiet and runs smooth. I was afraid it would be loud and would constantly create background noise but not the case. For us this was worth it.

It looks good under the sink, and it's reducing the toxic chemicals in the city water.
Here in Phoenix, city waters measures around 280 on the TDS meter. This RO filter is reducing that number all the way down to 30. I still use the ZeroWater pitcher to reduce it all the way down to zero, but I do wash my fruits and veggies from the water coming out of the RO filter directly.
We hired a guy from TaskRabbit to install it for us because we live in a rental, and I didn't want to risk breaking anything. Since we can't make a new hole in the kitchen countertop, we used the existing hole where the button for the drain grinder is and moved the bottom under the sink.

I recently put a water softner in my house and wanted to remove the sodium from my refrigerator drinking water. So I just put in the iSpring RO500 system and it is working great. I have it hooked up to my GE cafe refrigerator only and do not use the faucet. There is a slight decline in the water flow from the refrigerator, but still works very well. I chose iSpring over Waterdrop since iSpring states that it can be used with a refrigerator and iSpring makes good RO systems overall. I did purchase that refrigerator accessory kit, but did not end up needing since I was not hooking up a faucet. I did purchase a bypass filter for my refrigerator, since I do not need a filter in it anymore. I did read that keeping a filter in the refrigerator can slow the water flow too, so it is probably a good idea to get a bypass filter for the refrigerator. Overall, the installation was easier than I thought and the water tastes amazing. Never thought I would say that I can tell a significant difference in the taste of water, but you really can. The only difficult part is having to run the water for 30 mins before drinking the water, which was annoying because I chose to just have it attached to my refrigerator. I just kept filling up and dumping nalgene bottles for 30 mins , which worked well enough. You do need an outlet under your sink to plug the RO system in. It does make noise when running, but it is pretty quiet. I would highly recommend this system.

The well water where I live in the Bahamas has a TDS reading of over 1,300. I decided to purchase this unit because of the reasonable price, clean look, easy install, 2:1 pure ratio and the availability of the replacement filters. The unit lived up to my expectations in all areas except for the final TDS level. I expected to see levels below 20 but realized that this unit is rated for up to 750 and I was nearly doubled that. However, my TDS levels are now generally between 80 and 120 which is comparable to some of the bottled water purchased here and my family and some of my friends who sampled it actually prefers the taste of this water over some of the bottled water available here. The install was extremely easy and the unit is super clean and modern. So far, I'm very happy with the purchase and recommending it so my friends. Time will tell how long the filters hold up to the extremely high TDS levels.

Are tankless reverse osmosis systems worth it?
Yes. Do I need a reverse osmosis water filter?A reverse osmosis water filtration system can protect you and your family's health from pollutants in tap water. The RO filtration system can reduce the chemical contaminants that the typical carbon filters cannot effectively eliminate. This under sink water filtration system effectively removes TDS, limescale, up to 99% of over 1,000 contaminants, including lead (removes up to 98%), chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, and more. Is RO water safe to drink long term?Simply put, Yes. The residential Reverse Osmosis system can remove up to 99% of over 1,000 harmful contaminants like chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, lead (removes up to 98%) and more, but it will also remove some beneficial minerals. However, water is not a main source of our body minerals. You can find how much minerals you will get from water in Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). Most of the minerals intake is always from daily food and diet. However, there are many issues of drinking water that you should concern, such as chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, lead and more. These contaminants that under sink Reverse Osmosis system removes can have a long-run risk of your health. Do you need a tank for this under sink Reverse Osmosis?Traditional reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration systems usually need a tank to store pressurized water to meet the immediate water needs when you turn on the faucet. Secondly, the storage tank will also help with the system's operation. The RO storage tank will keep the pressure for the reverse osmosis machine and automatically turn on / off the system by monitoring the waterline pressure. Do tankless RO systems work?Tankless reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration systems are the latest version of the RO water systems. This water system is easier to use and maintain. With state-of-the-art technology, the tankless RO filtration system product purifies water more efficiently. For example, the RO500 membrane is rated at 500 gallons per day with up to 2:1 pure water to wastewater ratio and a flow rate of up to 0.4 gallons per minute, which is 4x more efficient than a traditional reverse osmosis water system. This tankless RO machine also features real-time water quality monitoring, filter change indicator, and quick filter replacement, making it one of the most advanced RO water filtration systems. What is the Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration?
The reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration technique is one of the most effective filtration devices. The process works by forcing water through an RO membrane that removes most toxins from large sediments to small contaminants like THMs. How does the tankless reverse osmosis system work?
Tankless Reverse Osmosis (RO) Filtration Systems are the latest iteration of the RO water filter. As the name suggests, a tankless RO system is a RO system that can operate without a tank.
Do you need to run the water for a certain period of time before it filters effectively? I’ve heard that can be a problem with tankless systems. Both traditional and tankless RO water systems will need to rinse for first-time use. First, plug in the RO500, turn on the feed water adapter, and turn on the faucet. Then, rinse the RO membrane for 5 minutes. And turn on the faucet and let it run for at least 30 minutes to flush the system. Will this Reverse Osmosis water filter system remove the sodium that is produced from salt based water softeners?RO500 tankless reverse osmosis water system will remove sodium from the source water. Reverse osmosis membrane removes lead (up to 98%), chlorine, fluoride, arsenic, hormones, asbestos, calcium, sodium, and more with its 0.0001 (one ten-thousandth) micron. How often do you change the filter?Stages 1 & 3 are good for one year, and stage 2 is good for two-three years. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please contact us at support@123filter.com or call us at (678) 261-7611. Is the finish on the faucet brushed nickel or is it chrome? The faucet comes in brushed nickel by default. We have them in chrome if you would like to swap them out. If you would like to do that, please give us a call or send us an email. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please contact us at support@123filter.com or call us at (678) 261-7611. Where is the \"filter service life\" button? I cannot find it anywhere on this machine.
On the front of your system, above the bottom filter, three buttons light up; these three buttons are your filter service life buttons. Each filter service life button has some writing that corresponds to one of the three stages. To reset a filter:
