MICHELLE AND SEAN BOTH HELPED IMMENSELY I COULD NOT HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE WITHOUT THEIR INPUT. I HAVE THE 6 STAGE R/O SYSTEM. THIS TIME WITH THEIR HELP I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE FILTERS WITHOUT USING A BUCKET OR TOWELS.

Bought the RO500, after reviewing many Ro filters. There's plenty in the market most of them dont have NSF certification. Been using the filter for 6 months now, very satisfied.

This product informs you with a sound and a lamp when it is time to replace the filter. A reset operation is required for filter replacement, but it is very easy.Hi Francis, I appreciate your help.

I bought my RO500AK last year, and I LOVE it! I use it 3-4 times every day, and I can't go a day without it. I even have my refrigerator ice maker connected to it! Michele from iSpring helped me to order filters for my RO500AK, so I will have filters on-hand when I need them in the future (btw my current filters do not need replaced yet it's just I want to be prepared - I can't go a day without my RO500AK). The support from iSpring (Michele) is extraordinary... these people are so kind and care about their customers experience with their product. I am a customer for life!!! If you want a great RO product buy an iSpring!!!

Excellent quality water and Excellent customer service!We bought two RO500 systems from Amazon in 2021. One system got problem. Amazon told us contacting directly to the company for warranty. Mr. Don from iSpring Water was nice and quick response. I love the tastes of water from RO500 system.Thank you Mr. Don Huie for excellent customer service. I hope that the replaced system will last long as it should be.Tri Hoang from Texas.
