I bought this system to filter water for a plumbed Keurig K150P coffee maker. The one filter solution recommended by Keurig is not that good. The filter quality or capacity is nowhere near the level that iSpring offers. It takes 2 stages to get the Chlorine taste out of the water. This 3-Stage system is outstanding. The water taste great and there is zero waste like there is with an RO system.I believe this is one of the best water filtration systems on the market. The price is fair, the company has an excellent reputation, the filters are built well, and it comes with every piece and part needed to hook it up. Most systems require a few trips to Home Depot to figure out all of the parts, line sizes, etc. that is needed. This one comes with everything you need including a faucet! I personally did not use the faucet and plumbed directly to a coffee maker, but it is certainly nice that they provided one. I assume most will use this system for drinking water. It is also super easy to Tee one of the lines if you want to provide filtered water to more than one location (e.g. Ice Maker, Coffee maker). These 1/4" plastic T's work perfectly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013ZX72ZE). The company ships more than enough feed line for most normal sized kitchens. If you need more it is easy to find 1/4" plastic ice maker line. They sell it everywhere. The only thing to keep in mind is this is not a small unit. It is big. It takes up a lot of space and it needs to be screwed to a wall/cabinet. It would not be a good idea to let it stand on its own. If it fell over it could cause problems with filtration. The advantage to the size, however, is it has room to hold quality filters. It does a great job cleaning the water. Our coffee tastes as good, or better, than most commercial shops.I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend iSpring. Their customer service is excellent as well. Email them any question you have and they respond quickly.

Build quality of the filter system is pretty darn good! Very solid filter holders, sheet metal bracket is a thick enough gauge, fittings and valves feel good and solid, and it was supplied with a full roll of pipe tape plus a TON of tubing (50 ft if i had to guess). The faucet install was super easy, but it doesnt feel as quality as the filter system. The curved downspout wiggles in the base a little bit. Really not a big deal for the price i guess. The directions were very easy to follow- I got it in the mail and installed in an hour! The water comes out from the supplied faucet a tad more aerated than i’d like (if you fill a glass quickly, the water appears all white from the little air bubbles), but quickly dissipates. We did a taste test vs. tap- huge huge difference from our San Jose tap water. Bye bye Brita!

I actually surprised myself, the filter was fairly easy to put in. Of course, I did have the advantage of having a previous filter installed, so I didn't have to put in the adapter to tap off the existing cold water line. I did add an inline shut off on the flexible plastic supply line, so I could shut off the water without crawling under the sink to make it easy to change filters later. My local hardware store had a brass inline filter with compression fittings for a very inexpensive price. On the whole, I was impressed with the installation kit. the manufacturer included a good supply of good quality water line, all the fittings needed to install, and even put in a roll of Teflon tape! One word of caution, so you don't make the same mistake I did. When you take the plastic off the filters and reinstall them into the unit, be extra careful that the o-ring stays in its groove so you get a good seal. The instructions recommend using some food grade silicone if you find it necessary. They're not kidding. I didn't get one of the O-rings straight, and when I put water to the system it leaked. It was my mistake, not the mistake of the unit. I shut the water back off and fixed the o-ring into the right position, then everything was fine. I will be getting a tube of that food-grade silicone when it is time to replace the filters. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints with this filter. The water is clean and tastes good again - no more buying bottles of water for us!

We had an Instant Hot Tank faucet at the kitchen sink that croaked. We decided to replace it with a filtered water faucet for cooking, coffee/tea and pet water bowls. We chose a 3 stage filter because we didn’t want to lose the minerals in drinking water as you do with RO. The installation was easy. I was able to use the existing valve from the Instant Hot on the cold water line. So I didn’t have to mess with the included valve installation. I followed the instructions with ease. The only issue is be sure to push the water line firmly into the valves that go into the filter system. I had not pushed one in enough and it leaked like a fountain. The faucet operates at a nice flow and water has a pleasing taste. So far so good...we are pleased!

I purchased this replacing Aquasana water filter, under the sink system which is plagued with filter can leaks and has very expensive filters. Ispring US 31 is a great system. Affordable filters and great tasting water makes it a bargain against many systems out there. It was an easy install and came with all the parts and fittings. Taflon tape is supplied as well and helps to stop any leaks. If there are any leaks, customer service is great. Any and all parts will be replaced. The area I live in has heavy chlorinated water. ISpring filters do a fantastic job at clearing the water, zero taste of chlorine. No water softener system in the house. A++

My old Ispring water filter system was cracked at the 1st stage housing after 2 years. I contacted the customer support and got it replaced without any additional charge.I ordered this water filter system because I don't think Ispring would replace it after 2 years. They did, so now I have a backup.Ispring water filter system uses standard 10 inch filters that you can find anywhere. Before Ispring's, I used another water filter system from another company. They use proprietary filters, and they cost 3 times more.

I have installed several filter systems over the years. This is my first three state model because we had the room for the extra size. Filter system is essential if you use your built in fridge filter for all your filtered water needs. That can bankrupt you with expensive filters. You can pick up bulk cartridges with correct specs by hunting on line. The 3 stage system provides clean, tasteful water without solids. There is still calcium dissolved that shows up in our 60 cup urn, however our Keurig loves filtered water.

I could have bought parts and put together one myself, but at the price this is going I thought I might as well buy it as a package which is more convenient. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised at the professional packaging. Installation is a breeze if you have done it before. I particularly like the faucet included which is really nice and would cost around $30 on it's own if purchased separately. I didn't need the sediment filter, so I left that out, moved the GAC and Carbon filters forward, and use my own filter as the 3rd stage (bonechar + KDF). I'm a bit concerned with one of the clear filter cover, but I can buy an opaque one later if needed.

Installation was fast and easy to accomplish with basic tools. It works well, however, I suggest purging twice as long as recommended to eliminate fine air bubbles. Water quality is excellant.

Arrived in a couple of days (prime) well packaged, no damage to anything. Unit is very easy to install, thank goodness as the instructions are printed very small for my old eyes. There was plenty of supplies included with it and a mile of water line I only used a few feet of it. Got it to replace the old filter attached to the faucet. Did an upgrade and could no longer use that old filter setup. This works GREAT and Looks good too.
