Over All I Am Happy with this product.Setup was a problem for me as the instructions are not clear and very small print, the tool for tightening each unit to the base, no instructions at all, I figured it out after taking a chance and I cut out the centre of the tool and then it worked. The unit leaks I had to use Teflon tape on the base unit as nothing else would stop the water from pouring out of it.Pros: Water smells good and taste is good.Cons: Difficult instructions, unit leaks, no 1-800 number to call for help. Over all I am pleased with this unit, I am sad that it leaks as you are wasting your filter money as the water keeps dripping out of it.Cheers.

The filter worked very well. The tap water in my apartment is hard and has a chlorine taste, but now I am able to drink from it thanks to the filter.Shipping was also quick, but there was a hiccup. The unit came without the faucet adapter. Thankfully, Brian from customer support was able to help me and shipped one immediately. Kudos to Brian!Installation was also easy, but I would suggest some sort of manual either with the package or in the product page

This unit has two Stage-2 filters (5 micron). I took the last out and replaced w/ .5 micronExcellent product. Fast delivery. Installed in about an hour. Everything (except the .5 filter) included.

I received this counter top filter quickly after a weekend. After installing it, the difference was spectacular. We have terrible water quality here in Vegas, the tap water's hard taste was gone, and the water tasted like I got it from any drinking bottled water. The water is also clean and clearer now. The best thing is the filters fit nicely. Great job.
