Francis S. was such a huge help!!!My package was displayed as "delivered", but i did not actually receive the package. FedEx was no help with filing a claim, etc. So, Francis made a tremendous effort to investigate what could be done. Within 24 hours, he had approval to send me a new package! I have had the iSpring water filter for a little over two years now. It has been great. It is nice to always have filtered water available and the maintenance on the unit (changing filters) could not be easier. I like it better than a previous RO filter from GE that I installed in my last house.
