I'm happy with the product, but customer support documentation can't be found. Where is the manual? I've looked on this website and there isn't even a customer support page. The videos online are incorrect about flushing... I almost powered up my system but just saw a YouTube comment about flushing the systems The printed page with the replacement kit doesn't say anything about flushing. The lack of support documentation is horrible and makes owning this system far more complicated than it needs to be.

I have tried the RO water filters from both iSpring and other brand. I would recommend iSpring any day. We stopped using the inline fridge filters as they were $40+ every 3 or 4 months. Feel very good about our decision.

My tap water was around 250-300 PPM before I installed this system. Now I get 20-25 PPM. I can even taste the difference.

Finally weened ourselves off of bottled water and could not be happier. I thought my water was good before but now the purified water is perfect every time I test i.

Clear and accurate instruction. Successfully installed the system without any trouble. Definietly recommend this one over the 5 stage. Great buy.

We had this reverse osmosis system for a little over a year now. Everything is great about this system except changing the filters. We had to change out the filters very 6 months or so, but it's a pain everytime we did it.

Highly recommended this ro water filtration system. Water taste fantastic and hired a handyman installed with no issues.

Did not know how bad the city water tasted until we installed this filter. The water tastes great now and although the water is slower than a regular faucet it is quicker than the pitcher filter.
