I am certainly glad I changed from using a regular Brita pitcher to this ro system - water does look clerer and tastes better. We live in a rural area with a well and there are a lot of sediments in our water. We also installed a spindown sediment filter from the same company to catch the junks before they enter the taps. It also works great!

I did a lot of research and found that reverse osmosis water filters were the best to remove both metal toxins, chlorine and bacteria. The system works well. I also connected it to my fridge to get contaminant-free ice cubes.

It was easy to install, even having to drill a new hole in our steel sink for it since we didnt have one available. The instructions are very clear and teh hoses all color-coded with the images in the book. Weve had installed for a couple months and can see some of the stuff being filtered from in the first clear stage of the system. I had two leaks upon installation at two of the connections. These were my error and the instruction book came in handy again for troubleshooting. The connection to the faucet has a different connector than the rest of the system and I didnt seat it quite right the first time. The other leak was on top of the storage tank. I put on less thread sealing tape than they recommended and paid the price. After reattaching with the right amount of tape, there were no further problems. Long story short, read all the instructions and you should be fine in installing. Happy with the product and would recommend.

Great price point. Simple installation. Owned two under counter RO systems previously, the iSpring is far superior in quality and function. Replacement filters are very reasonably priced. Used existing hole in granite counter top to mount faucet. Removed old system and installed iSpring in about 2 hours.

After receiving a lung transplant I was told by my doctor to have my water tested for bacteria and other contaminants..After much research I finally decided to purchase a reverse osmosis system.When I came across all the different units online,this one really stood out.After checking reviews and specifications I decided on this purchase.Price was reasonable and unit is well built.This is everything the manufacturer says it is. Very easy to install and does not take up much space at all. Had my water tested and every thing is good. Great Product.

Install was easy even though the person I hired messed it up. It was necessary for me to contact the company to answer questions. Because there is a 4 hour time difference in our locations, I emailed customer service. I received an immediate response. The following day I called them and a person answered!! They are so helpful, patient, accommodating. Their customer service is the absolute best. They stand by their product because it also is the best. Even though I am on city water and there isnt a problem, I still prefer filtering out all the possibilities that could be in my water. It now tastes even better! I highly recommend this reverse osmosis water filter. It will be easy to maintain with changing filters. Also, the water tap is very stylish and having the choice of different finishes was great. It does take some room under my kitchen cabinet, but well worth it knowing I am free of contaminants in my drinking water. I have had a different companys reverse osmosis system at a different house, but prefer this one.

We love the water, it is crystal clear and tasteless, as water should be. Total dissolved solids is reduced from 179 (tap water) to 9. Nick from iSpring was fantastic in his responsiveness and we have no regrets in our iSpring purchase which includes TDS tester and ice maker kit. On that note, the ice running through RO is the cleanest Ive ever seen.
