I bought mine 10 years ago May 13th 2011 and it is still working great. Everyone says we have the best drinking water. I have taken the water for testing 5 times since its purchase with great results. It has only had 2 parts that broke, the plastic elbows on either end of the UV lamp cracked when they turned brittle from the UV so I replaced them with Brass fittings about 6 years ago. I am so glad to have purchased it and the quality and price can not be beat. I have had to use their support and was very happy with it.

My water supply comes from a system of municipal wells run by my town and tastes terrible. After installing a whole house water filter system and softener I decided to complete the system with an RO system for peace of mind. After reading some reviews I decided to purchase a ISrings system. Well, For reasons I will not go into, the system sat in my office for 2 years. When I did finally install the RO unit it worked perfectly. For peace of mind I called Spring/123filter and asked some questions about the age of the filters. After a conversation I was convinced that not only did I make a good choice by adding a RO unit for my home but I purchased from the correct suppler. Look at the results I have a TDS reading of 363 PPM going in and an output of 11 PPM and best of all the water tastes better then any you can buy.

The installation of the entire system was fairly easy with good instructions included. The product came well-packaged and assembly/installation process was straight-forward; the quick-connects on the hoses and the drain clamp are very easy to use.

I had the more basic 5 stage filter system (which also worked great), but I wanted to upgrade to this model. Francis from customer support was able to help me out and allowed me to upgrade to this unit for a great deal. The filter system works great. The pump is very quiet and water tastes great.

I installed this water filtration system yesterday and was a bit overwhelmed with all the bits and pieces not to mention the drilling of the countertop and water drain pipe. After watching the suggested YouTube I just jumped in and did it, one thing at a time. One glitch sent me in retreat to bed for a clearer head this morning. One of the connectors for a line was missing a clip that would hold it in place, I wasn't able to see thats what the problem was until this morning, I removed a clip from one of the spare inclosed connectors and was good to go. I will mention that as a 65 year old woman with no plumbing experence (I may have taken a while longer double checking the instructions and watching youtube more than once) can install this I am confident most any homeowner can.

Purchased this unit so we could get some RO water for our fish tank. Works AMAZING!! Don't skimp out and get one without a tank... You will be sorry! A few reviews said the unit leaks, mine did NOT. One fitting dripped a tiny bit, but it was because I was being quick and didn't push the tube already in.. Came with EVERYTHING needed.. I added the Alkaline filter because we also wanted to connect to our fridge / ice maker.

It took some work to put the filter under the sink but it has been working well since. The water is much better tasting than plain tap water, and we wash all our vegetables and fruits with it. The faucet is convenient for getting water to chill and to wash produce. It also allows us to wash our hands with the filtered water since our tap water is hard on our skin.

Before using filter I would get 200 TDS. Now I get around 10 TDS Has the water changed? Yes, and tastes much better

Prior to iSpring, I was using charcoal sticks or filter pitchers. It's been life-enhancing (read: time-saving) to simply get filtrated water from the sink. Thus far, all is working well and the water tastes much better. Wish I had gotten one much sooner than I did.
