I have high mineral content well water that was also yellowish. It’s been tested several times and is safe to drink as long as you didn’t look at it. I have had the Whole House filter for 6 months now. Our water is crystal clear and the scaling on our faucets and toilets has not returned.

I am giving these filters a four star review because they can be a pain to replace if you have never done it before.We bought a house 6 months ago with the whole house system and we had to try a few times when replacing the filters because our system kept leaking. Aligning the filter was hard the first time, and then we had an issue with the O-ring, but we finally got everything perfect and now things are dry and back to normal.We originally bought the wrong size filter, but I have been working with customer service to get the issue resolved and they have been extremely helpful. 5 starts for customer service!

We've had our system about 2 years now and it has proven reliable and effective. Just remember to change out the filters every 6 months or so.
