So glad iSpring exists Called 2-3 times to ensure I was making the right choice. and was given courteous time, all questions well answered. Manual layout is superb. Easy to follow directions. Well thought out design of unit. Colour coded hoses is genius. Love quick connects with clips, easily disassembled too. Quality components and manufacture is evident. "Proof is in the pudding"... water quality (taste) is terrific. The only way to ensure purity of water produced is to get a definitive lab test which can be quite expensive. I'll trust the equipment. I feel confident, after doing lots research on what to buy, we made the best choice possible for an RO system. May the company prosper and stay committed to quality and customers. Great job iSpring! Want to see you around for the next 50 years, at least!

Allowed even a fumble fingered person like me to install. The only con I have is the base unit part of the faucet head is always a liitle loose no matter how much I tried to tighten it. Good clean water, I like it a lot.

Easy to set up. Satisfied with the quality of water. Overall this product is pretty good and I'd recommend if one was looking for a water filtration system.

I first wanted to get a tankless ro sytem but none of them has built-in UV light. So, I finally settled on this. Yes, it was more complicated to install but I like how all the tubes are exposed and I can fix it easily if something goes wrong with it. Overall, a solid 7 stage filter system and the water is good.

The most challenging part of the installation was drilling a hole on countertop. Took us 2 drill bits and 30 min to drill a hole and the installation was easy after that. Had no issue setup the system and water tastes very clean.
