I purchased this unit to hook up my new reverse osmosis unit to my refrigerator, so i could make ice and water. The unit works fine, however most fridges are 3/8 or 1/4 and there are no adapters included for this. I did purchase those seperatly, but would have been happy to pay an extra $5.00 and have it included in this kit. I think the bulk of people who purchase this are trying to hook up a fridge water/ ice connection. All the other connections you need are included when you purchase the RO unit. So why not simplify things by putting all the fridge adapters in one kit. Other than that its a sturdy plastic tube and the connections are great. I gave it four stars because if you sell a kit, just put in all the parts that you MIGHT need, there are only 2 common sizes. So its not a huge price difference here.

I purchased this line to run water from my RO reservoir to my refrigerator. The tube has a nice quality feel to it, and is supposed to be BPA free. The fittings are the standard 1/4" quick connect/disconnect style and they work great. One thing that sets these fittings apart from others is that it comes with little retainer clips to keep the sleeve pulled back tight, assuring a tight grip on the hose. The clips aren't included with a lot of other fittings of this style because they aren't really necessary, but the added security of it is not a bad thing. The valve turns very smooth and makes a complete seal when shut. I did not have a need for the T fitting so I have no comments on its performance, but its quality seems to be just as good as the valve and the hose itself.

I recently bought a fridge that has water and ice in the door. I originally contemplated just not using those features, as our hard water will destroy our appliances from the inside out around here. So, I immediately started looking for a kit that would work with my current iSpring RO RCC7AK system. I believed I had ran into a possible kit for RO systems in the past and had remembered to at least take a look around.

The fridge water line kit comes with everything you need to splice into your existing ispring RO kit and add the T-connector to provide a supply line for your ice maker. The on/off valve is useful to install as well so the water line can be shutoff at the fridge in case it needs to be moved or maintained. All the appropriate fittings are included and installation is a breeze. As a product, I give it a 5-star rating due to the durability of the water line kit and all the parts. The water pressure at our house is too low and our run is too long from the sink to the fridge (20+ feet) so it doesnt work correctly without adding a booster pump which I haven't gotten around to doing yet but will eventually so we can enjoy crystal clear ice cubes.

We purchased the iSpring RCC7AK (6 stage RO filter) and purchased this to use with our fridge. It has all the parts necessary and is straightforward to hook-up. There is a YouTube video which is a great help as a picture is worth a thousand words (it covers the entire installation of the filter) I had to adjust a slight bit because my fridge has a copper supply line so I purchased an adapter at the hardware store to go from the tubing to the copper. We definitely recommend it to get more out of your water filter purchase. In our minds, you've already gone to the trouble of filtered water, so keep it as filtered water especially as your ice melts...

I used this product to hook up our ice maker in the refrigerator. I recently purchased a nice under the sink water filtration system and needed to splice into the filtered water side so we could have good tasting ice. Well this was pretty much as straight forward as it could get. The instructions are simple and straight to the point and everything you need is in this kit. Make sure you really put some mustard into pushing your tubes into the fittings so that you won't have any leaks.

This product comes with installation directions, but to make it very simple they send you to a video which provides step by step instructions, demonstrating the installation. When I had a couple of questions, the customer service agent was able to answer them quickly. They were very knowledgeable.

Easy to install. It fit perfectly with my ispring 5 stage water filter system. Now I can have filtered ice. Plenty of hose so if your fridge and sink are not close you are covered. As with the water filter system, which I am super happy with, they include lots of extra parts and different connectors so no matter what your setup is there is stuff in the box to make it work. No late trips to the hardware store needed. And although the small plastic pieces and connection method gave me pause at first, I have never had a leak on either of the two ispring systems I own. Good stuff.

I bought iSprings five stage reverse osmosis system, and needed this to make it work with the water and ice dispenser on my freezer door. I honestly cant say enough good things about all of it! Between this kit and the pieces that come with the RO system, installation went flawlessly. Its been a couple months now and everything is still working perfectly with no leaks, and most importantly, our water tastes great! No more Brita pitchers that only taste clean for the first fill up or two, no more lugging cases of water bottles. Couldnt be happier.

The kit says it comes with everything you need to connect any filtration system to a refrigerator or ice maker. Actually it only comes with 1/4" fittings so if your iSpring filtration system uses 3/8" fittings you will need an additional 3/8" x 3/8" to 1/4" reducer tee. I find this very frustrating since this kit is sold by the manufacturer of my filtration system. I guess I should have checked, but I trusted the description. Otherwise the parts seem to be good quality.
