I have had my system for a couple years now. I purchased the RCC7AK-UV unit and did my own install in my cabinet next to my refrigerator. I recently had an issue where the city had a water main break and dumped a bunch of dirt and rust into the water system. The filter system worked great. The PP Sediment filer did its job and captured the dirt and rust as expected. I was due for a filter change anyway but had not gotten replacement filters yet and I was out.I ordered the F28K75 a couple weeks prior but the delivery date was out a few weeks and I needed them sooner than that. I contacted support and was put in contact with Nick. We emailed each other and he did some digging to see when the filters were actually going to come in and told me they were just about 10 days out. He assured me that as soon as they got in they would send my order out as quickly as they could so Amazon could ship them to me. I noticed that once the filters came in I did not have to wait the normal 2 day delivery time, the filters were shipped over night.I appreciate iSprings products and customer support. With support people like Nick it is nice to know that you have a company who will be there when you need. I now have a 3 year supply of filters and with the price you cannot beat iSprings products and customer service.
