This is an acceptable product for the money. I would have given five stars if the unit came with several common connection fitting options, but it does not. It only comes with a 1/4" OD X 1/4&# OD coupling.

So far, so good. Installed for a couple of months. Looks good and operation is excellent, especially compared to the cheap tap faucet we had before. The spout swings to the side when not in use. You might need a basin wrench to install this depending on your access. I was able to do it with pliers but it was a bit awkward. Finally got it tightened enough. One good point is it came with a rubber washer that seals the base at the deck - so I did not have to use caulking or sealant.

I got this to go with my plumb-in espresso machine. I figured that as long as I was going to have filtered water and be running tubing, I might as well have filtered drinking water, too. I've used John Guest fittings for most of my system, so hooking up to this faucet was easy. A quick call to iSpring got me a 3/8 (size of my tubing) to 1/4 adapter (the nipple on the faucet) and I had it in hand (for free) when I was ready to do the install a couple days later. No leaks. Water pressure is really good. I'm satisfied.

Bought this faucet because of the water out of the refrigerator would take too long to come out. This faucet is not only great looking but it works great! I installed an under sink filter with it and it was pretty easy to install.

Warehouse sales price plus a further discount made this purchase worthwhile, especially when I wanted a spout that would rotate 360-degrees instead of the existing fixed in place neck. A ceramic disk for the valving will help avoid problems with my hard water leftovers as I only filter with a 5 year life cartridge for this faucet spout (and use that prefiltered water in a steam distiller to produce pure water). Used the adapter cover for larger holes and installation was straight forwarded but two persons help out with positioning in place as the other tightens the holding nut under the sink. In my case I used masking tape in place of a second person to hold alignment and when that wasn't enough, I used a wood clamp and more masking tape to keep the wood clamp in place while I tightened the water connecting nut which could cause the entire assembly to move and mess up your faucet handle alignment. I didn't bother installing the parts for the water connection because the old spout had the same setup for connecting except the inserts were brass and probably make for a more secure connection. The spout does rotate 360 degrees and I don't suffer a after drip problem some have mentioned. Action on the handle lever is nice. I found the spout neck to be a little sloppy in its seat and can be wiggled around but other than that I see no problems. Might mention the water line that feeds the house has a typical water pressure reducing valve on it (Zurn-Wilkins) set at 50psi versus the 120psi street pressure feeding it (120psi great for fire hydrants but tough on toilet, sink, shower and washing machine valves). I have an antique brass main sink faucet with side spray but a matching filtered faucet was expensive even with discounts since the brushed nickel seems to blend right in and was around $15, suits me fine.

More Updated 18 Feb 2020: Hate doing plumbing so I delayed installing this faucet until the original (6 years on) started leaking. Spoke with Nick who helped with installation instructions and a few upgraded parts, as the version I purchased has been updated slightly. Looks great and works great. Love this company! Updated Review: Ben at sSpring is quick to respond to issues. One of the reasons I went with the iSpring RO system in the first place (5 stage). Ben was concerned at how long it took for the order to be filled and he offered restitution. He also addressed the lack of instructions/part list. I took a better look at the finish, in better light and see it's not damaged at all. I upgraded to 4 stars based on Ben's intervention and a closer look at the faucet. I'm sure when I get the thing installed I'll be just as happy with the quality of the faucet that came with the system. This is merely a replacement to match the style of the new Kitchen Sink faucet we installed. I'm sure an upgrade to 5 stars is in the near future. Highly recommend using this company if you're considering an RO system. Initial Review: Waited quite some time (over a month) as it was out of stock. Arrived without instructions or parts list. Not sure if the finish isn't marred. Will update as i study it more

I usually don't write any reviews, but since I had a great experience, I thought I share it. I purchased and installed the iSpring GA1-BN in 2018 and it looked great and worked great. We used the faucet many times a day, until, recently, the handle started to get some resistance when turning on and off, so I contacted iSpring, as the faucet had a 3 year warranty. Francis from iSpring responded very quickly and was able to send out a replacement to me. As I had a positive experience, I wanted to leave a review for others interested in this faucet. This is a great product and iSpring really takes care of their customers.

I installed our GA1-BN a couple of weeks ago. It was relatively easy to install, in spite of our somewhat complicated mating surface under the sink. It looks good and works well. Don in your support group was extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping with the order. The actual ordering was done through Lowe's since you cannot ship directly to California. This unit replaces a Franke Little Butler system that we had for many years, after finally getting tired of all of its leaks. For now we are keeping its filter unit.

Overall the product should rate 5 stars. Its an attractive unit, installs easily and appears to be well constructed. Except that the handle is installed crooked and there doesn't appear to be anyway to correct it. Consequently the visual flow of the handle next to it's base is off. Doesn't effect it's function and now that it's installed it would be too much trouble to send it back. Just something that bugs me every time I use it.

This faucet is exactly what I wanted for my granite top sink. Well made and the water flow is great!
