Why should I buy one if you don't have replacement filters or don't reply to reviews.

Is it discontinued ?It's out of stock everywhereAlso after over 6 months of use, I still get a slight layer of oil from the faucet. Keep in mind that I flushed 15 gallons the 1st time I used it, but still, it releases oil with the water.

Before the system, I was drinking bottled water and recycling the bottles. Now I can enjoy the pure water comes out my tap.

This is a great filter system. My wife has multiple chemical sensitivities and this filter works very well for her. It is also very easy to replace. I usually have a set in storage and when I change them out, I buy a new set, ready to go.

It would really be nice to actually find filter replacements, I have been all over everywhere and cannot find replacements, they are all out of stock. I depend on these for medical purposes, wish I had bought from a company that could replace items when needed. What a joke!!

We have had this filtration installed for a year now. The faucet broke after about 15 months for which I would take off a half star if I could. But the filtration system works great. The water tastes great. We go through a lot of water in my household but still have not changed out the filters. In my experience, you will notice a decline in flow or a change in taste when filters need replaced and we havent noticed either of these. Highly recommend.Also, I did call the company after the faucet broke as I was reluctant to buy the same model as a replacement. They dont sell any other models for this system. Nick said I could use any air-gap faucet so I purchased one at lowes. It has 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch tubing attached to it and I honestly cannot figure out how it is supposed to be configured to this filtration system so Im returning it and going to buy the original model again. Keeping my fingers crossed that it last longer. I wish they sold it on Amazon as I could get it in 2 days versus 4 days. So guess Im off to buy bottled water to last this week.

The iSpring system works great, so glad we purchased it. Replacing the filters was easy. Would highly recommend it.

Highly recommend buying these. If you have a water softener and taste salt it means your system is not set up right, or it means you didnt give your new filter system enough time to break in and stabilize.The first 3 days to a week the water may have residual tastes to it as the filters shed the "fines". after the filters have have stabilized and are conditioned you have crystal clear great tasting water.
