We live in the country with a well that has some of the worst water in the county. The handle on my sick faucet broke off, the shower pull lever broke, the inside of the shower head was disintegrating, the sinks, shower and toilets were never clean and white for more than a day. I couldn't even drink a glass of water, it tasted so foul. The "water treatment facility" has been installed and running for nearly a month now. My tub, which was a constant shade of orange, is still white. My clothes aren't being ruined in the wash anymore and the water doesn't smell like iron now. Drinking from the tap is not only possible, but refreshing! I am tickled pink over this!! Best investment for our home!!

I bought the whole house water filter unit and had a plumber install the unit outside. He used copper press piping. I also bought the spin down filter pictured at the very bottom. This is important to release the pressure from the the blue canister that hold the filters. I had the plumber create a water bypass, so water still can be used while changing the filters. It was easy for him to install. I had a small leak at the top of the canister. I contacted the company by email. The next day, I got an email from a Rep. named Richard. I let him know my problem and sent him some pictures. He said the Orings maybe faulty and he would have some more sent out to me. Great Service. The day I started the whole house system on 2/18/20, I turned on all the faucet and ran the water for 15 minutes. I felt the difference in the water quality right away. I recommend flushing your water heater, before starting the system. I am using the sediment, carbon and iron magnesium filters. I chose the system, because I am not able to have a water softner and this has been great so far. There is no smell in the water any longer. The taste of the water is good. I am sure it will be even better, as soon as I change out the faucets. I would recommend this system. My wife and daughter are happy, because their hair feels softer. They even got a compliment from their hairdressers, that there hair looks and feels healthier.

My water tastes much better since installing this. I have water that is very hard and high in iron. The filters make it taste much better and should extend the life of my water softener too. Nick at iSpring was a great help.Two small issues: (1) The filter is much bigger than I expected based on the picture. A context photo would help. Luckily I had room, but had to change the mounting location from what I had planned. The added size also means they are heavier than I expected, especially when filled with water. (2) The plastic threaded openings got a little stripped when I put the brass fittings in them. Now I have a small leak. Brass threads would help tremendously.

I purchased the 3-stage whole house water filtration system due to sediment and an abundance of iron in our water after a new well install. Our water was orange colored and staining everything. Kind of creepy. After much research, I chose to spend the money on a quality system. I even called the folks at iSpring to make sure I was making the right decision. They answered all of my questions without being pushy or saying they were the greatest. No hard sell. It arrived and one of the actual cartridges was cracked during shipping. I called iSpring and spoke to Nick who immediately got a new filter shipped out to me. The system is installed and my water is already crystal clear!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the way this was all handled. My plumber was impressed with the quality too!

This review is for both:1) iSpring WGB32BM 3-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System and2) iSpring WSP-50SL Reusable Whole House Spin Down Sediment Water Filter with SiliphosI had both of these filters installed on 12/14/2018 so they have been in use for about 13 months.I am on well water and have replaced the WG32BM filters twice on it at ~7 month interval. On WSP-50SL, i have replaced about 6 times.

I've got a well system with very iron heavy water. This system cut my TDS measurement in half with a noticeable improvement in taste and so far less staining around toilet bowls and fixtures. Installation was pretty straight forward. I installed it with copper but if I were doing it again I'd consider going PEX or PVC. I put an iSpring WSP-50SL spin-downsediment filter in front of this unit too. Had a small issue with one of the pressure release buttons leaking. I tried tightening the screw as I saw had been suggested in the Amazon Q&A section for this product, but to no avail. I contacted iSpring support through their 123filter.com site and through a quick and easy process Josh shipped me out a replacement part that solved my problem. A+ for quality, A+ for support! If you're looking for a filter for your well water system this one will not disappoint!

I ordered this filter to help with the taste and smell of the well water we have in a new house. After our well water was hooked up to a new home we had built we were getting a sulfer odor coming from our toilets. It was especially strong in the bathroom we used infrequently. The well driller thought the issue was iron bacteria. After installing this filter the odor was immediately eliminated. That was six months ago. We haven't changed out the filters yet and expect to get at least a year out of them. It also eliminated the sediment that was coming through and clogging our clothes washer. Installation was simple and the cost was considerably less than other home filtration systems. Thank you I Ispring for a great product!

I purchased this filter with the iron and magnesium filters because they were rated to be excessively high by a water test. My water, prior to installation, smelled awful. It is now 90% better. There is still some residual iron and magnesium deposits in my pipes, which may need to be replaced (they are/were clear PEX, so you can see the discoloration in the pipes), but I only occasionally smell that nasty smell that used to be present every time I ran the water.I probably could have installed it myself if I had copper pipes because the installation was fairly easy, but since I didn't have the tools to change out some of the PEX piping, I did hire a plumber to install.One feature that I thought was particularly nice was that it came aligned for water flowing right to left, but the pipe that comes into my house is on the left, the rest of the plumbing was on the right. It was simple to remove the bolts, turn the mounting frame around, and install it to change the direction of the flow.

Awesome. In a world where you truly cannot trust any government entity, such as the water dept., products such as this will become increasingly more important, especially if you have kids. Our water in Massachusetts is usually good in most towns. But my town is mostly Republican so there's lots of problems and Poor decision making. Now the water is clear and doesn't have any bad stuff floating around. Awesome.
