It is huge compared to the stock r/o tank. Takes 40% of the under kitchen cabinet ( plywood cabinet floor) space ( on its side with the base skirt removed) Our last replacement tank failed after 2 years ( water leaking from the pressure valve). Just barely fits, had to get an accordion tail piece for the left side sink. This time of year, the inside air can drop to 20% RH and the mineral content of local water supply is high enough to be destructive to the humidifier filter. We also are drinking lots more water per Doctors orders. If it lasts 4 or 5 years I will be happy with it.

I own 2 of the iSpring systems and wanted to upgrade one to a larger tank. I had purchased a 20 gallon iSpring tank and when received i realized it is 3/8" rather than 1/4" (It does state this in the description) These are typically made for larger systems so it was not fitted for my system. I tried looking online for an adapter and saw a review that mentioned Nick at iSpring and how helpful he was. I contacted iSpring, super easy, they pick right up and super friendly. i explained my situation and it turns out its a good thing I called. Nick explained that for my residential system the 20 gallon is too large and recommended the 11 gallon as it will perform much better. He took the time to explain and guide me after explaining what i needed and helped me understand and t=get the right equipment. I mentioned I could not find an adapter on line but did read a review where you helped people with part needed if they purchased their systems. Needless to say, Nick explained that I need a 3/8? to 1/4" adapter and when I told him I really did not want to go out during Covid, he said, no problem, i will send you one. WOW! totally cool. Simply show your purchase and once he knows you are a customer, you get the part free. Don't look at the reviews that complain about this, they did not read and realize how incredible iSpring and there customer service are. This means a lot to me. Someone who actually picks up a phone and is friendly and helpful. Nick sent me the part as promised and I ordered the correct size and they arrived together (great timing) Great Product, Incredible Customer support, priced right, what more can you ask for. I will most certainly recommend anyone looking for an RO system to iSpring. The stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction. Thanks Nick and iSpring. You are setting the standard for a company and customer service........

I recently bought a home and wanted to add in a drinking/cooking water system so we could be confident in purity of our water supply. I choose to install the iSpring RCC1UP-AK and I wanted to have a tank that stored plenty of water for our family and guests. I saw the iSpring T20M come up at a good price and jumped on it. The item arrived no problem, but there was a malformed plastic tank tee. I wrote iSpring and they immediately sent me a new part. Further more, I described how I was going to hook the tank up, and they also sent me an adapter that I needed and would have otherwise needed to purchase. Thank you iSpring for great customer service. I choose to plumb the smaller tank that came in the RCC1UP-AK kit and the larger tank together. After a couple weeks, it is working great!

The website does not show the current product. The base shown is entirely different from the one I received with the tank. I ordered the tank for my brewhouse, and also, I ordered a $60.00 Plant Caddie for the base dimensions shown on the product. I need to be able to move the storage tank aside in order to clean and sanitize around it. The (much) narrow base will need a different caddie, so I'm stuck with a $60.00 paper weight. iSpring could have garnered a 5 Star review from me, had they shown their current produce on the website.

So ... after phone tag with Customer Service Rep. Sean, he made an extreme effort to find the old-style base for me. Since the unit will be movable, I will be more comfortable with the wider base. Also, he assured me that the website will soon be updated with their current product.
