It actually seems to work. I've seen the scale disappear from all my fixtures little by little as soon as I started using this. It's been months but everything is much better than before.

I haven't seen a miracle, but the scale is dissolving on the faucets and the calcium rings in the toilets are slowly disappearing in a week. The dishes come out of the dishwasher much cleaner. Laundry feels softer. It's a good product and so far worth the investment.

Easy to install. No TDS reduction in water but some how removes scale buildups. Pretty impressive.

The descaler box truly changes the water. It makes it feel softer. My shower and faucets are much cleaner. Our girls are happier with their hair.

This is suppose a alternate solution if are considering water softener. I got it setup last week and still waiting to see the result. So far water does feel softer in touch but TDS level didn't change.

It arrived on time. Took me 15 minutes to setup the descaler. The lights are running but not sure if it actually works.

I love it so much, it does what it says. Now my sinks are spotless without obsessive wiping and cleaning.
