Filter works very well, and the easy flushing mechanism is great.I downgraded the stars because the flow rating is incredibly misleading. It's for the housing without a filter. If the filter screen is in place, max GPM flow is about 3.5 GPM at typical household water pressure of 50 PSI. You're limited to 1 or 2 fixtures at a time.

The fitting saved me a trip to Homedepot. All you need to install this item is included. Very nicely built and packaged. Just remember to use enough plumber's tape (which is also included).
