Have the WSP-ARB filter. Owned 8 yrs. The filtration ability works quite well, no issues there. However, I have a lot of sediment coming in from my well, which means I have to clean out the filter frequently. 2 things: one-the bracket is a joke considering the amount of torque required to unscrew the filter housing. Your engineers obviously didn't take into consideration that you can't put torque like that on PEX. Even if it was metal pipe, repeated stress can cause damage eventually. second- the design of the tabs on the filter housing is also a joke, on me I guess, in that the spanner provided just wants to slip off because the tabs are tapered. Genius! NOT! I should send you a bill for the frustration and time you cost me having to deal with these items. You should also list kits of replacement 0-rings for your filters. There are 5 o-rings on this model, I only see 2 offered. Thoroughly frustrated; Steve

We have had our iSpring Reusable Spin-Down sediment water filter (with the auto flushing module) for a little while now. It has made a huge difference in our water. We have well water with a ton of sediment & this filter has greatly decreased maintenance on other components in our water system. The best part is the customer service! Sean has helped us immediately on the few occasions we needed assistance or parts. I can’t say enough good things about this company’s customer service!
