This RO500 system was recommended by a friend when I built my house. One of the best things I did besides the heated towel rack. I send a picture of it to all my friends and tell them they cannot go wrong with one of these.Love the taste of the water - love knowing I am taking care of the water I am drinking.I called and talked to Don about changing my filter and he was super helpful. No waiting - no being put on hold - no talking to some one that was at a call center with no clue what I was talking about.Great Service and Product!

My tap water measured at 133 TDS, and lately was tasting very metallic, before installing the system. I didn't do any kind of detailed water test(tds display on the smart faucet reads 2-4 ppm) but the water is clearer & tastes good.

The system was easy to install because it had all the necessary hardware included in the kit, and the instructions were easy to follow. No problem install it. All of the cleaners and "under-sink" junk that normally goes in there fit back inside except one or two items. Works fine and water taste wonderful.

The overall water quality and taste is noticeably improved with the reverse osmosis (RO) system when compared to what we had. You don't even have to waste money on a plumber (who likely has more important work to get done anyways) to get this installed. Love the fact that TDS is displayed when the faucet is on.

Easy to install and water taste great. the question I ask myself after over a month is would I do this again and tell my friends to buy the system. And my answer is "yes"!

Install in not too hard if you know how to read and follow instructions. Watch the video- really helpful! The water quality is excellent and I have crystal clear ice cubes.

A very nice and well thought out system. Quiet and convenient. I particularly want to give a shoutout to the low pure-to-waste ratio. Much less waster water with this ro system- what a great thing for our environment!
