When I installed this item, I couldn't get the tank to stop leaking. I sent an email to iSpring and Nick got back to me quickly and got a new tank on the way (which solved the leaking problem). Other than that, everything as promised!

Really good water pressure, considering there is no permeate pump! When we first drained it my wife and I were laughing because it was strong enough to splash up out of the sink, and it seemed to go forever. The pump we were replacing took several minutes to fill a glass, and could barely fill the 60oz reservoir on our coffee maker.

When I received my item it had been damaged during shipping. So I contacted customer service and Richard worked diligently with me to get the replacement parts to me fast so I could start enjoying our new RO system despite the struggle with back ordered and unavailable parts due to COVID. I got everything together and there were a couple small leaks at a couple connections but I swapped out fittings and fitting retainers from the bag of spare parts and it seems to have fixed them. Since then the system has been working great! Ice maker has caught up and kept up, the system as a whole has kept up with our large family of high volume water consumers! We are very happy with it! My stepdaughter said her friends at school steal her water and say we have the BEST tasting water! The culigan system we had for 5 years with only 2 filters and a RO membrane never produced this fast or this quality! Really glad to have made this purchase!

Unit was easy to install, was pretty self explanitory. The only issue i can across was that a Tee fitting had one end push way too far in which caused me to think the RO membrane wasnt processing any water.

This is probably my fourth RO installation over the years, and I can say this has been the best unit by far. This is replacing another brand X unit that failed after a few months. It came with all the parts and fittings for adapting to my sink (my last RO needed a $40 trip to Home Depot). It also came with extra isolation valves to minimize the amount of water spilled while switching out the tubing. All of the compression fit connections worked without leaks. As far as water quality, it's an RO filter. The first filter chamber is clear, so I'll be able to watch how much sediment accumulates rather than needing to change on an arbitrary schedule. Would definitely buy this model again.

Excellent RO filter. Installation was a pita because the instructions were definitely the beta version. Hoping theyve updated the instructions by now. It was brand new to the market when we bought it. Its the first RO filter weve had that does not make noise. The filter area is a little bigger than the Watts systems weve had in the past, but its superior in every way.

This RO100 is very quiet. There's no noise when not in use and when you do turn it on the noise is minimal. Fits perfect under the sink, modern faucet, It provides great tasting water. the water tastes wonderful and comes out at a decent speed so it doesn't take ages to fill a pitcher. We love it.

If it weren't for the uranium, my well water would otherwise be fine. Uranium is not uncommon in the rock around lakes in Maine, apparently. This RO filter removes it. The flow rate is perfectly adequate for cooking and drinking for 6 people. The components are well made.

It has been 2 weeks since install. Good so far. Installation was easy; YouTube video was a great help. Water tastes good. I can stop buying bottled water. This my first RO system, and Im very happy with the purchase.

We attempted to install the unit, and there was no water flow to the faucet. We were unable to correct the problem, so well called support. We were connect to Don, who was very helpful and patience. He suggested different options to try, but they did not work. It was after working hours by then, so we asked to call in the morning after we tried one more time. The next day, Don again, assisted us, and offer to send us what ever we need to fix the problem, but asked to check the T-valve . The hose was inserted to far in the valve and obstructed the water flow. My husband was able to pull the hose out and we had water. Don did say that issue had been reported before, and he would follow up with this issue. Working great, the ice is clear, and the taste is great. We would buy from this company again.
