The system came aligned for water flowing right to left, but the pipe coming into my house is on the left, the rest of the plumbing was on the right. This got fixed easily. I simply removed the bolts, turned the mounting frame around, and installed it to change the direction of the flow. Works great! No reddish stains any more!

My water tasted metallic and left some stains in the tub and sinks. I knew it's time I should get some water treatment systems. Did some research and found this one that fit my budget. Installation was easy than I had thought. It's been in my house for over a month and I can clearly see that water quality has improved a lot!

I've had this system for a year and it works great and iSpring support is also great! We inadvertently damaged the o-rings and ordered new ones. Somehow, I chose the wrong ones or received wrong ones. However, Michelle, quickly replied to my email, identified the correct ones and sent the correct o-rings. Thank you. Great customer service.
