Guaranteed to Leak!!!I have had two push fitting internals on ISpring components fail, and had to replace the components at very high cost. The diagram provided with the purchase is wrong. You best make up your own tape lettered labels on every single connection.A bear to tear down and replace filters. Have to deinstall and work on the counter.Best of luck.

We purchased our RO system 2 years ago from iSpring. The installation was straightforward and the quality of the components is impressive. We installed a second faucet elsewhere in the kitchen during some remodeling. The water always has a distinctly great taste and even our visitors comment about it. What compelled me to write this review is the amazing 5 star customer service I encountered when calling Customer Service, looking for repair kits for both faucets which had begun to leak, presumably due to our heavy use. I spoke with Shawn, who to my surprise, told me the faucets had a three year warranty and he insisted on simply sending me two new ones without issue at all. I am very happy to have found a company that not only delivers an excellent product but also delivers top shelf customer service. Thank you iSpring!

GOLLLLLYYYYY! I'm going to keep it short and not so sweet (like me):This company is doing the LORD'S WORK. I promise if there were demons in your water this filter would figure it out. Possessed? No problem, drink a glass. The only thing this filter can't do is stop crooked politicians and business from junking up your water in the first place.

This was worth every penny and the replacement filters are far less expensive than other types of under sink water filters that are made in China. First thing that made me buy this is that it is made entirely in America. The support at iSpring is spectacular, I was helped by Sean as I had a unique issue getting this hooked up to my refrigerator and the solution was fast and effective. If you have a modicum of mechanical acumen you should be able to install this all by yourself. The company has a support site with excellent how to videos and if you run into any issues they will help you solve it quickly. I was paying $100 a month for clean water to be delivered and now after $400 to include a years worth of replacement filters and an on demand pump, I have better water than what was delivered. And I don't have to lug around heavy bottles of water from dubious sources. I highly recommend and I my next project is buying and installing the iSpring water softener system.

I have had this system for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The water tastes great and clean! Not only is the product great but the customer service is also amazing. Michelle especially as she was very patient and understanding and personable. Will never switch my system out from this company

We installed our RRC7AK last year and replaced filter yesterday. It was super easy to installation. Love it so much. Our kitchen water TPM 325 to 9 which is amazing. Even my friends tested. Water is so soft no weird taste you know. We all love it 2 of them purchased too. One of them in house hunt so when they get house they will get it for sure!
