I just moved into a new apartment and had the builder install the water filter for me. So I cannot speak to the installation process but I can address the great customer service I received from iSpring. I was experiencing some back-wash into the drain and I called customer service today and spoke to Nick. He not only was able to identify the issue - although I am sure I did a poor job explaining the problem, Nick already mailed out a replacement part.

The system works great. Reverse Osmosis is the way to go if you want clean drinking water.

From the moment we opened our Ispring unit. We were not only impressed with the quality of the system but it was simple to setup. The YouTube video made it easy. Josh from i spring made sure we understood the application and has followed up with us to make sure we were happy. On top of that the water tastes incredible! I am an ispringer for life!

It is my second RO filtration system. It is doing a good job in stopping most of the systematic medication of our water supply and all other related city water odor and smell. So I suggest everyone install one of these systems for your cooking and drinking needs.

I have owned four RO systems from four different companies. This is my fifth RO, sold from Ispring Claudia and the best one I ever used. It was easy to install. The directions were complete. Ispring provides a spare parts kit that includes extra O rings. The water spout mount required a small hole drilled through a stainless steel sank rather that the usual 1 inch + hole. The water taste was excellent.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality RO filter. The installation is pretty straight forward with really great written and video instructions. The water quality and taste is desirable as well. Nick, the owner / designer was also very communicative and helpfulwith every aspect of the purchase and installation.

The countertop in my kitchen doesnt have a second hole (1/2 in) ready to hold the faucet, and it took me about 15 min to drill one. But the remaining steps are quite straightforward by just following the stated instructions, and took me less than 1 hour in total. After the installation and startup, I performed a water test using the First Alert drinking water test kit and got the following results: Before: Total Nitrate: 5ppm Nitrate: 0.15ppm Total hardness: 250ppm Chlorine: < 2ppm After: Total Nitrate: 0.5ppm Nitrate: close to 0ppm Total hardness: close to 0ppm Chlorine: close to 0ppm Bacteria test has to take 48 hrs so the results are not in yet. Overall, Im very happy with these results and am thinking about canceling our Portland Spring water subscription.
