Been using for almost four months and have had no issues. Installation was easy and I am not having any leaks. I am still using my first cartridge and will get another at 6 months. I used to have another brand of shower filter but it was longer and lowered my shower head too much. I also use the reverse osmosis water filter from ispring and decided to get their brand to make filter elements easier to buy. I have had my RO filter for over 4 years and have been very happy with it. I have always had a good experience with ispring. I certainly recommend them as a company.

We love our filter! We live in the city so water can be a bit sketchy at time so we decided to try a water filter to improve hair and skin health. So far we have noticed big improvements in both. Also my boyfriend has skin issues related to psoriasis and it especially effects his scalp. He’s always struggled with an itchy head and dandruff problems as a result. He says getting this filter has been like night and day for his head! He doesn’t get itchy anymore and his skin is much healthier looking. I have also noticed my thin hair feels thicker and healthier!!

Love this filter. Couldnt afford a whole house water softener, but really needed something for the shower. I could tell the difference within my hair and skin right away!

Arrived in two days. Seems like a good product. Do yourself a favor and read all the instructions first. I messed up the O ring and stripped the thread but customer serivce was able to send me free replacement.

My wife was unable to shower due to the chlorine in our water. This product, allows us to shower without any effects from chlorine. Can't live without it.

Very easy to install I noticed a difference in the water softness and the cleaner water. However my wife still claims she can't tell a difference. We have a well with a rock salt filled water softener that she claims does not work, that is why I bought this product. I am hoping over the next few days she will be noticing that this product really works and will see the difference in the next few days.
