No trace of odor/taste of chlorine that was present prior to the system. We removed the soap dispenser and used the same hole to install the system's faucet.

It took about 2 hours to fill (directions say 2-3 hours based on inlet supply pressure). then it was crystal clear water that taste as good as the water i was getting from the vending machine prior in getting the water filter system.

We had a contractor install it so I can't say how easy or hard it is to do, but the system is MUCH larger than the previous one I used under the sink. I was just barely able to mount the 5-stage filter assy where the old 2-stage unit had been, on the right side wall of the under sink cabinet. But it works much better and it actually reduce TDS while my previous unit doesn't. Overall I will say it's a good buy.

No more buying bottled water. The only issues I ran into was a leak from one of the filters that are installed vertically, this was due to the fact that I did not tighten it fully.

This RO system decreased my PPM from 210 to 5 and my PH is steadily neutral. The system came with a nice faucet which is a much better design than the type with a plastic lever that is prone to breaking.

It's far superior to cheap water filter systems that we have used in the past. I have already read about changing the filters and look forward to a much easier process than the previous two GE RO systems we have used.

This system takes out lots of chemicals from my water and I can really taste/smell the difference. Recommend!
