Youtube video makes the installation very easy. TDS meter was at 368, then went to 12 after installing the RO system.So glad to buy it!!!

Oh Really. After spending hours reviewing RO systems I narrowed my choice to 3 difference manufactures.Finally after reading tons of reviews by customers and professional reviewers,I chose iSpring RCC7.One of the other manufactures got good reviews ,however there customer service department was considered by owners as WORST EVER;. ISpring besides getting excellent reviews, their customer service was considered BEST EVER ;. When I received my new RO system it came with a faucet that was brush nickel and my sink fixtures were chrome. I emailed ispring and asked them if they had the faucet in chrome and could they help me with an exchange. Within a couple of hours the representative, Andrew answered and said he would exchange it for me and would ship it out that day and would enclosed a UPS return label for shipping back my brushed nickel faucet ( no charge for the part or shipping either way). After three days with the RO system working fine one of the connections with a quick connect had a slow leak. I called the plumber who installed my system and he found it was probably the washer in the quick connect. Ispring with all their systems gives you extra connectors just in case you need them. I emailed Andrew again at customer service and asked if he could send me some extras.Andrew to the rescue again he put them in the mail that day to me.........YES best customer service EVER. RO system working fine,no leaks,no noise and TDS below 10.

Great product. TDS went down to 8 PPM from 220 PPM at tap and 160 PPM at filtered fridge water! Installation was a breeze and water quality has significantly improved. I am thinking of ordering another just for the fridge water and ice!

The main reason is that we have a smell and taste of chlorine that is very prominent along with who knows what else is in that water. With this system the filtered water is free of taste or smell.
