Install by myself in about an hour and lowered my very high TDS down to a level that was acceptable for a minority of the cost of a local shop that wanted to supply me with a RO system.

Just make sure you use a cobalt drill bit for the faucet installation when you mount the faucet on a sink made of stainless steel to save you time stress and rusty bits.

Nice System. Easy to install. I had problems with getting it to work, but the customer support team went out of their way to try and solve the problems quickly. (They are why I am giving this a five star rating) Make sure you buy a Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) meter so you can check your incoming and outgoing water because this will tell you if it is working and when to change the filters. The output of our system is more like 20 to 25 gallons per day which is more than adequate for a home use. The faucet is very attractive. I wished I had installed it in the kitchen when I saw how nice looking the faucet is.

I love this RO system!! I was going to buy one from a local plumbing company and have them install it for me, but then I saw this system online and ordered it right away. I couldnt be happier with it, as it was a quarter of the price and very easy to install by myself. I am also saving money by not buying filters for my fridge/ freezer by running the line straight to it. I did have a question and had to contact the company, I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded back with a response. Unfortunately you dont find that very often anymore.

This is an excellent package. It includes (almost) everything in a single carton. The only item missing that should have been included was some silicone lubricant for the o-rings in the filter canisters. They even provide extra parts and Teflon tape. Dont know why the o-ring sealer isnt included. $3.33 at Lowes. Took about 2.5 hours to install and I have absolutely no leaks! This replaced an old 3-stage R.O. system (and defective tank) that I decided was no longer worthy of maintenance.

If I hadnt purchased a new refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, I would have postponed again purchasing an RO unit.Although the refer has its own small filter and would clean the water about as efficiently as a pitcher filter, I wanted clear ice cubes and excellent tasting water. And that is what I now have. Why did I wait so long? The carton containing the RO unit arrived without damage and all parts were accounted for. Installation was a bit tricky on account of a very small kitchen under-sink space. I didnt pay enough attention to the installation sequence instructions and had to undo a couple of hose connections in order to make the installation viable. I am now an expert at connecting and disconnecting the small hoses that feeds water to all the parts. There was a small seep at the tank feed line that I neglected to push the hose all the way to the end in the connector. Otherwise, the startup procedure went well. The hardest part of the installation was crawling around in a very limited space and if you are not very agile, this would prove to be the only limiting factor in the installation process. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in a quality product.

The system does exactly what it is supposed to do. I tested my water with a TDS meter and my tap water was around 120 ppm. After installing this kit the reading fell to 27 ppm. For reference I tested a bottle of Nestle water and it came out to 48 ppm. It was very easy to install. There are a bunch of parts when you open the box but the instructions are clear and if you just take your time and follow along youll be finished before you know it. My kit was missing a part. Im not sure if it was omitted or no longer required because of a part change but let me suggest this: The water spigot bolts on under the counter with a rubber washer and a plastic plate with a bolt in it. I could not get the spigot very tight with this combo because as I tightened the bolt the rubber washer would grab and spin the spigot and the rubber washer just made it impossible to get the spigot to stay in place. I went to Lowes and got a large metal washer (I took the rubber washer with me to use as a guide for size) and this made all the difference in the world. I was able to tighten down the spigot with ease. .24 cent part made it so much easier. The color coded tubes made it very easy to figure out which tube went where. I have to admit as a military veteran I loved this nice little touch. Be sure you read the instructions and flush out the filters and drain the first tank of water. I tested the water coming out of the system right after I installed the kit before flushing it out and the TDS was over 180 ppm. But after following the instructions my readings went down to the proper level as I stated before. Highly recommended!
