ispring is a wonderful company, they have good and reliable products. we are using this system for 5 years now and didnt have any issue till now.when one filter-housing got cracked after 5 years, we contacted customer-service and Mr. Don Huie was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.We are grateful and really happy with the system!

I had the system installed by a plumber about 6 months ago because i didn’t trust myself to do it. It seemed like a simple installation for him and it’s been working great. I tried changing the filters myself after 6 months and failed miserably (I am the issue not the system). I spoke with customer service both by phone and email and they were super helpful and able to send me some new parts that i needed after making some mistakes. They really went above and beyond to help me. I will probably need someone else to do the next filter change for me next time but i really am appreciative to the customer service. My 5 star rating is specifically for customer services willingness to help.

Very easy to install. Also purchased. Ice Maker Kit and installed that as well. Total time for both installations was. Min I would definitely purchase this RO again.

Couldn t be more pleased with this RO system. Water tastes great and set up was a breeze. We hooked our refrigerator up to the filter as well and now our ice is crystal clear.
