Installed in less than an hour. Our waters PPM dropped from 450+ to less than 10. Ive lost count of how many different filtering systems Ive tried over the years. This is one heck of a system.

Great system.I have had my iSpring RO system for almost 3 years now and has worked very well. My old system was installed on a shelf in my garage so thats where I installed the iSpring. This is very convenient for filter replacement and installation. I have had no problems until this week when my UV light quit working. I was alerted by a beep coming from the UV power supply. I emailed customer service and they were great. I was accustomed to waiting days for a reply from most other manufacturers but I got a response from iSpring the same day. iSpring stayed with me the whole way until my problem was resolved. Thank you iSpring

Fantastic instructions. I have not seen installation detail and reference to videos so well documented. Install was straight forward. Water tastes fantastic!

This RO was easy to setup and produces some great tasting water. Most importantly, my wife is happy :) Be sure to watch the video on YouTube, it makes installation very clear. I followed the instructions and didnt have any problems with leaks. Nick from their customer service reached out to me to make sure I was happy Pros: Great water, great price Simple instructions, great YouTube video Clear housing for the sediment filter Good customer service Cons: Solid metal faucet is nice, but I was expecting better Verdict: Id buy this again.

This product is great and the assembly was well documented. You need not be a professional to install this and if you get stuck along the way the iSpring customer support is excellent. Stop drinking and cooking with water that may be harmful to your health.

Very happy with this filtration sistem. Easy to install. I had James over the phone to answer one question and that was it. He is kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend to my son.
