Great system. Installation took some time (about 1,5 hour) for my husband. Although, if you are not very handy with tools and following instructions, it might be better to order professional installation. Water taste amazing and not even comparable with Water Pitcher filtered water.

I got my system over three years ago and its still running great! It doesn't take long to install and the water tastes better than anything you can buy at the store. I recently needed some spare attachment parts and Nick from iSpring was a big help in locating all the correct parts that I needed.

Chose this product over other competitor because of price, same day shipping and good reviews. Installation was easy and simple (Youtube video was very helpful.) The product works great and the water tastes great.

We have very hard water!!! Needed something for "drinking" water that does not add salt to the water. Reverse Osmosis fit the bill. Did a Google search and found iSpring Water System at 123filter.com System was EASY to install !! Only tools needed was: adjustable wrench, Phillips screw driver & drill with quarter inch drill bit. Installation took about 4 hours BUT some of that was figuring out where to put it, was power available and would it fit planning time. If on a well, recommend spending the extra money for the booster pump!

We purchased this in Oct of 2015. We connected it to our LG Refrigerator and installed the sink faucet. So far, we have been completely happy with its performance. We have not changed filters yet, but as of now, we would definitely recommend it. We have well water and wanted the safe alternative that the RO offers. No leaks,no well water smells, and great taste!

I switched from a WATTS system to this particular system after problems with the WATTS and after reading reviews on this system. All the good reviews were correct. This is a very well built system, provides great RO water, is easy to install with no problems. Great packaging with all items clearly marked. Good job to iSpring company.
