Very pleased with these water conditioners. I was concerned about water flow, but they have not disappointed. They work wonderfully. Still have my original filters in there after 9 months. I use chlorine test strips to determine when I need to replace them.

Arrived undamaged thank goodness. I had a friend help me install this and I did not encounter any problem with operating this system. The water tastes much purer now

The water tastes great. No more worries about what we are drinking. I didnt want the added fluorine - an oxidant; plus, who knows what else is in the city water at any given time. I add essential minerals drops to be sure we are getting the minerals we need. Company comments on how good the water tastes. My husband is a handyman and had no trouble installing - may have been difficult for me to install myself, but I read many reviews where inexperienced people installed. I think I would have hired someone though without my husband. Very happy!

It took me a while to get around to installing. Ended up having my plumber do it when he was here doing some other work. Took him a couple hours to do it perfectly in my basement. I had an issue at around 6 months with a bad smell. Turned out it was due to the expired filtration cartridges. Called ISpring and found the replacement model number easily. Awesome since I ordered it almost 2 years ago.

We (Stan Idel and I) recently installed the iSpring 2-Stage filter in our home and have been very pleased. It was reasonably easy to install with the help of a handyman friend, even in a tight area. We immediately noticed clearer and softer water and ice, greater sudsing in the sink and tub, allowing us to eliminate shower-head water softeners. We were primarily seeking elimination of chlorine and, of course, overall softer, purer water; testing post-installation shows essentially no chlorine, even in an area known for its high chlorine levels! Nick with iSpring was very responsive when we called with questions. We are pleased. We gave it four stars only because we really wish it would also eliminate fluoride.

This is a fine system; no problem there. Yet, be sure to write everything down when you get yours, model number source, duration of filters -- this is where I ran into trouble. They must be replaced in time or you will end up drinking water mixed with nasty deposite. With regular filter replacement, the system has been working as expected. We are glad to have in our house.
