It will take you most of the day and a lot of patience to read the instructions and install, but once it is done you will no longer have bad-tasting water. Great product! our family like it so much!

Purchased this unit last month. We have city water, but with a strong chemical taste. Makes terrible coffee and tea. We were trying to use our filtered fridge water for everything, including cooking - not the best solution. Installation of the ispring was not simple, but there are a few good videos on youtube to help. Two of the filters arrived broken, but ispring customer service provided excellent support and had 2 new ones fedexed to me immediately. Great product - great service

A great product and fantastic customer service! We have well water, which comes out brown without these filters -- but perfectly clear with them! Absolutely love it
