The tap water in my area have a TDS of ~550 ppm and tasted awful. After the installation of this RO100, the TDS dropped to 27 ppm. Amazing! It has been couple months since we have installed and so far we do not see any issues with the device.

Very easy to install with the push in connectors, uses no electricity, and provides clean drinking water to fridge. Plus, this system has 3 of the larger filters on the bottom, whereas my existing system only had 2.

I did have an issue with one of the filter canisters. Called the company and cs rep patiently guided me through the diagnosis and repair. I highly recommend this system and the company - Five Stars!

I tested the water PPM and without the filtration, I get about 300 PPM versus after the RO system I get about 20 PPM. I couldn't be happier!

Good instructions and had all of the needed fittings included. Oh, and the water is sterile due to the size of the pores. Recommend!
