I bought and installed the ISPRING RCC7 RO system just in time. Not a week after I completed the install and was enjoying fresh, pure water did I see a story on my local news cautioning the public about the higher levels of chemicals in the water due to the municipal waters annual cleaning of the system. They gave special handling instructions for drinking the water coming out of your tap to ensure it was safe to drink.

Have had it installed for a year now and still works great. When first installed the TDS meter registered 1PPM and a year later the reading was still a low 7PPM. Provides adequate water for ice maker and drinking. Well satisfied with this purchase.

Great product that works as advertised. Install was as expected, and supplied everything need to compete the task. Tested water for 2 weeks before install. ppm before averaged 348. ppm after install was 18. Water quality is amazing; tastes great and looks crystal clear. Couldnt be more pleased with the quality and customer service. Thanks!

We moved into a new home about 2 years ago and ordered an iSpring RCC7 to clean up our drinking water -- it worked great until about a week ago when it started leaking. I called iSpring, Claludia stated they were having trouble with the tank caps -- for FREE, she priority mailed them to me and (being a senior citizen of 74 years) I called my plumber to come to instal the unit for me. Works great again now!!! Thank you Claludia at iSpring!!!

We love it. I installed it in the cabinet above the refrigerator and ran it through the refrigerator water lines, my custom setup took a few trips to Home Depot to accomplish, but now we have cold RO water and ice. I also added an alkaline filter which was extremely simple. Best tasting water I have ever had.

I installed the RO system the day after I received it, and its working great! Love the new faucet too; it runs more water than previous designs. I purchased it for our new house that is on a well, and wanted to make sure our water was the best it could be. Ive installed previous RO systems, and this was the easiest installation yet. It also ties into the ice maker. Dont hesitate installing an RO system in your home. Its easy and youll never have to buy bottled water again. iSpring has the best prices, and its always a great product. With regular filter changes, I know Ill get many years of use out of this. And when I need another, Ill be ordering from iSpring.
