I wasn't sure if I could handle the installation myself in the beginning, but it turned out to be an easy job! The water tastes amazing. Better than bottled water. I would totally recommend this system to anyone who wants to save money, stay healthy, and be eco-friendly!!

I love this, installed in minutes under the sink, the water tastes great. I no longer hear complaints about the water smelling or tasking awful.

I did a lot of research before choosing to go with iSpring RO system. I've been using it for a year and a half now without any issues. Water tested great even after a full year with the original filters (providing we live in Chicago and the water taste OK even when you drink straight from the water facet). Installation was easy (make sure you watch the youtube installation video referenced in the installation instructions that come with the system). I recently ordered the 1-Year replacement kit RCC7 and the replacement was very easy (just make sure you do not overtighten or you will have hard time unscrewing the filters next time you need to replace them). I would definitely recommend this RO system. IMO, it is well worth the money.

Best decision ever to purchase this product. I followed the instruction video for installation and it took me close to 2 hours to install it. It was very easy to install. I wish I had purchased the 6 stage with Alkaline stage (Definitely in the future) The only complain is that the labels that come with the unit doesnt stick well but I used my own to make it easier when I replace the filters in the future. Yay for not having to carry 2x 5 gallons water cans every week up the stairs which was breaking my back.

I'm not sure how I've gone this long without an RO system. It has made me fall in love with drinking water again. I purchased this system because the taste of our tap water was a little off. Initially I had an issue with one of the parts leaking, which was quickly resolved (replaced) by support after I contacted them. I have had this system for a little over a year now and have had no issues outside of having to replace the filters when the tap water taste started to come through again. I have subsequently recommended this system to several friends after they tasted the quality of the drinking water this system outputs.

For seven years I made the schlep to the glacier water machine to refill my water bottles. Having water delivered was way too costly for me. When I finally became tired of the time, gas, environmental impact, and effort it took to make special trips to get water I started to look for a home water filtering system. The first thing I did is calculate how long it would take me to pay off the filter system, for me it turns out that because I use 15+ gallons a week it would take less than a year to pay for its self including the cost of the 6 month filter refill. After the first year I would save about $200 a year! I went to search for the best reviewed system and found the iSpring RCC7 (on sale no less!). I bought it directly from iSpring Water Systems. The shipping was free, and I did not have to pay taxes. When it arrived it was amazingly well packaged and everything I needed was in the box. The install instructions were clear and I found the install very easy with my medium-high DIY experience. I love it. The water is great, I never run out, and the only regret I have is that I did not install one sooner.

As someone who is not that handy of a person, I was unsure if Id actually be able to install this myself. I consulted a few local companies for comparable RO systems and everyone single one of them was going to charge ~$450-500 for the system and the install. I went with this instead and figured if needed or if I break something, I could contact the plumber. I didnt need to contact the plumber and did it all myself in about 2 hours with a couple of breaks. The hardest part was drilling the stainless sink, which resulted in a few broken drill buts, but otherwise everything went smoothly.I do recommend taking the time out to:- Locate your house water shut-off valve just in case- Do an inventory check of all the parts and confirm that you have everything before you get started- Cleaning the area under the sink after youve emptied it of dish soap, cleaning products etc. (might as well while everything is out!)Of course you want to flush the unit completely after filling it up. When I turned my system on for the first time a bunch of black stuff came out, I am guess because of the materials in the filters. After running the tank until nothing came out, I left everything alone and about 3 hours later came back home and enjoyed some nice, high quality water. $300 saved!

Amazing product, very easy to install and Great customer service. I was using Colligun water purifier before and I can say iSpring is even better ! for Culligan purifier ( with brand new filters) TDS Meter showed average number of 20. for iSpring, the Average is 13 !
