Great product. Easy to install and the water is amazing! I have very sensitive to how water tastes and I would only drink store bought water bottles for the first 2 years we lived at our house. I was convinced with would not work however it did and we love it now! It saved us a lot of money in water bottle and we can make ice cubes with cleaner water now as well.

I have been using this product for two years now and recently had a problem after a filter change. I contact tech support and they did a great job of helping me get up and running again. Somehow carbon leaked out of the filter and plugged up the RO membrane. I must have installed the filter wrong. They sent me a new RO membrane for free to get the matter resolved and I am sure I was out of warranty. I did learn that you have to be careful when you turn on the main water supply after a filter change that you dont surge the system too hard which could cause the ASR to fail. Good luck, talk to Andrew!

Everyone should have one of these in their homes. Flouride, chlorine and metals are toxic in high concentration. So they do negatively impact your health in low concentrations. Food for thought: Flouride was used to as a suppressant in concentration camps... So what is it doing in our water supply? RO filters takes out around 99% of all contaminants. Love the taste of our water now. It is like unozonated dysani water. So refreshing. I installed to directly to a water cooler.

The R/O works great at first still had a slight taste of city water taste but after a couple days it was gone. I cant tell the difference between bottle water and my r/o water. Installing the system was so easy I finished in less than 30 minutes. For the price, taste and easy installation you can not go wrong on buying a ispring RCC7 r/o system.

This was great experience all around. The iSpring RCC7 was on sale at a very good price. The materials arrived earlier than expected. My friend/plumber removed the existing RO unit and installed the RCC7. The existing sink frame hole needed a bigger fitting. I called iSpring. They immediately sent another fitting without any hassle or run-around. Helen is especially helpful and follows through on each customer interaction. She e-mailed recently to see how everything is going and this is two months after the purchase. This is a very smooth operating system. We highly recommend going through the iSpring company when you are in the market for an RO unit.
