I was able to install it myself under the kitchen sink with the directions. Engineering enough space is a challenge. I had to install the pressure tank below the floor in the basement between the floor joists. So far it has delivered flawlessly and no leaks. Water taste is good and total dissolved solids (TDS) are low (420 before, 45 after). Water pressure is acceptable and we like the nickel faucet. Heavy feel and not cheap looking. Good product from initial use.

It only took about an hour to install and I used a tester to test my water. My tap water was 50 ppm, and after filtering the water through the ISPRING reverse osmosis system, my drinking water is now only 1 ppm.

I finally wanted to get my own Reverse Osmosis system for my home. I used to pay a monthly fee to a RO company that rented out their system. Recently, I decided to get my own and purchased the iSpring RCC7. Im glad I did! The system seem to be built very well. Installation was a breeze. I especially loved the colored tubes! They also have an installation tutorial video on youtube. Fired the system up. Great tasting and clean water. No leaks so far. I also got a TDS meter to test the water quality. The reading were; tap water = 363PPM, my old RO system 28PPM, this system 11-16PPM!!! The value will probably go up as the filter is used, but Im very happy. Note: When you first use the system, you will notice blackish water, system flush it out a couple of times. There was a strange metallic after taste in the water for about 5 days but is gone now. I would recommend this system and I will sure to save money in the long run.

The installation itself was better than I thought it would be.

The sleeves are long enough to allow me to separate the tank from the filters to fit my space.

Ive been shopping online for many years now but this is my first review. I purchased the RCC7 in 2013 and it has served my family clean water since then. After using it for a year, the automatic valve body failed and iSpring sent me another at no cost. Parts fail and I understand that but their customer service is fantastic! Other than that, there have been no other problems. I also regularly change the filters out and they are easy to get. Installation is easy, just watch the video on their website. It appears that the shutoff valve is now a 3/8 design which will be easier for most people. One more thing, I am moving the filters and tank to the basement just below our sink. I ordered some extra 1/4 line and will run it through the floor and sink base floor into the faucet. This will save considerable space in that cabinet.

The RO system is doing very well at my home because it reduces the TDS value from 260 ppm to 10 ppm. The value after 3-month usage is almost the same to that at the first installation day. Installation is easy as I followed the provided instruction. No leakage in any connectors. The only problem I faced during the installation was the leakage from my old pipeline, but it was fixed after I applied new Telfon tape. Now, the water tastes even better than bottle water. No plastic anymore.

I cannot say enough great things about this water filter. If I had to put a number on it I would say 315. That is the amount of plastic bottles my family wasted each month before purchasing and installing this system. My review will hit on what I consider the keys purchasing a water filtration system: shipping, instructions, installation, water quality and taste, system maintenance, environmental benefit. The unit was well packaged and shipped. Nothing to gripe about. The instructions were thorough with plenty of text and specific illustrations. The installation was a cinch. It took me a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Im not exceptionally handy and often marvel at home renovation shows and any of the hosts on "Ask This Old House." Now for the most wondrous aspect of this system: water quality and taste. We are a large household and most of us are very specific about our water taste. We do not like spring water. I personally enjoy the crisp taste of treated water, specifically Aquafina. I cringe at the taste of most other water. My wife thinks I am insane. She thinks most water tastes the same but I couldnt disagree more. This water from this system tastes as good as or better than anything I have ever purchased in store. This includes Aquafina, Dasani, Evian, Zephyrhills, and anything Ive ever purchased from Trader Joes or Whole Foods. I have yet to experience any issues with the system. I expect it to be extremely low maintenance in the years to come. Changing filters is all I foresee. Finally the environmental benefit takes a load off of my mind. If youve every been to your county dump you can attest to the thought that we produce and throw out too much crap. This saves me from adding thousands of plastic bottles to the garbage mountain each year.Summary: Great price, easy install, quality and crisp taste, good for our planet.

This Reverse Osmosis unit is awesome. The directions were easy enough for me to do it myself, and I dont consider myself handy. I used the existing RO unit feed supply from my HelenBrand RO unit. I replaced the drain saddle as that had a new EZ connect fitting. Remember to use the included Teflon tape on the tank (6X recommended) or you could have a small leak at the tank. This is built so very well and its made in . I will be purchasing their whole house filter after seeing the quality here. Good stuff. I cant recommend higher. The water almost tastes sweet it is so clean.
