Arrived quickly, works great. I'm a handyman in general and was looking forward to installing the RO system till I realized our just moved into home had PEX tubing. Ive dealt with PVC and copper but never PEX, had to hire a licensed plumber.

I installed this filtration system 3 months back. Water was cloudy (lot of bubbles) for the first few days after installation. As suggested, I emptied the water from tank a couple of times. Water is clear since then and tastes great. PPM dropped to about 20. I really like the water and other family members as well!! As far the installation goes, I ran into couple of problems with water leakage - 1. At the cold water inlet, the water was leaking and I tried multiple times to tighten with teflon tape and tightening the valve but it did not stop the leakage. It turned out that the rubber washer provided with the installation kit was too think. I cut the washer in the middle and it fixed the leakage. 2. At the tank inlet - after couple of tries, it turned out that I did not use enough Teflon tape.. These 2 problems are resolved within the first week and system works great now. Also, soon after the installation, found that the faucet was slightly leaking. Contacted the customer service and I was immediately sent a new faucet.

We purchased this system for our new home. I had previously owned a Watts UF3 system which is a lot more compact than this one. Because of the size we decided to install it in the basement right below the kitchen sink. The installation was a bit tough because I had to drill a few holes. Assembling the filter itself was extremely easy. We have had the system installed successfully and havent had any problems. The water tastes crisp and smooth. Unlike UF3, it did reduce TDS from 85 to 5. Highly recommend!

Works great. Love the taste of reverse osmosis. We were using another brand and I was replacing the unit more than the filters. So far so good with this system.

This thing was better than I expected shipped promptly, I had a few questions when it arrived the customer support is outstanding. It works and looks so good my friend ordered one after seeing mine, I use it for spot free wash and rinse at my bike shop it rocks!

Everything you need to start producing the best water I have tasted in a long time. Easy installation, great support, and well documented. I would recommend this to family and friends, heck I would even install it for them and I really dislike plumbing projects but this was so well documented that I was able to install it leak free in about an hour and 30 minutes. You gotta love clear concise documentation!!

Very easy to install. Water tested at 877 TDS prior to installation and 19 TDS after. It fits easily under the kitchen sink and is easily accessed. Very pleased with the system and how it works.

Wow! This system is much easier to install than what others have written about similar RO systems. Yes, you do need to keep an eye on cutting the tubing so that it is straight and no jagged edges. You also have to make sure that the tubing is pushed all the way in (not when the little teeth catch the tube and give you a bit of resistance, push a little bit harder and the tube does go all the way in). The 5 filter stages come already assembled for you. All you need to connect are the water source, tank, waste, and tap. I even installed a Permeate pump to improve the water pressure. Did I mention this is the first time I installed a RO system???? Had no leaks after hooking everything up!! The instructions were easy to follow. After flushing the system as recommended, the water tastes great and my kids love it.
