At first glance the installation it might seem a bit intimidating, but the instructions are great. Thank your time, go step by step and it will be fine. Once you are done with the installation and you wait the first cycle (2hrs) there is a noticeable difference in the water. So much better. I believe it was well worth the money.

It is great thing it is perfect . I had hired somebody to install for $ 150 because they had to drill a hole in the granite and as well the installation is not easy and the specialist technician who I hired took 2 hours to install although he did not look at the installation manual, he seems he knows what he was doing , especially the connection to the refrigerator, with connections I bought from home depot for $ 8.87.

This RO system was fairly simple to install. Seems to be high quality, even the faucet that is included feels solid and well built. We are on a well and the water from this system tastes totally pure. Very happy with this purchase!

RO systems are somewhat new to me but Andrew has been very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in responding to questions about the unit I purchased. I have fairly low water pressure and he has been the key to helping me work around the issue to get the most value from my system. Customer support is clearly a huge priority for them and I couldnt be happier. Best choice around in my opinion.

I bought and installed this 5 stage filter system in Nov, 2015 and I am extremely satisfied with its performance, TDS reader gave me a 36 reading compared to 417 for tap water and 368 for refrigerator water (chlorine filter) only.

Works great. Takes a while to assemble, but the holding tank means there is always water available.

We recently moved into a new home and had looked at several local companies for a RO system. In our last home, we had a Culligan RO system. Each company we looked at was quite expensive but included installation. I looked on YouTube and saw that it really wasnt that difficult to install. We found the ISpring-RCC7 and decided to give it a try. Everything was color coded and instructions were very detailed. I reviewed the video on line several times and it wasnt hard to install at all. Installation was completed in less than an hour. We have had the RCC7 for about three months now. We havent had any leaks and the system is working fine. The tap water is measuring at 380 PPM with the RO water measuring at 21 PPM. We havent had any issues with demand. The water is always available. Bottom line: Easy to install, Works as advertised, Meets my requirement at a substantially lower cost.

I enjoyed the fact that it came with a brochure for the help line but I preferred the youtube installation video.

We have one of these we bought here two years ago and it seems to work great. You never know for sure whats filtering out unless you have a way to test it, but the water doesnt have that funky taste it use to. .. I bought this one for my son for Christmas but he already had gotten one. They were happy to take this one back and refund my money and I didnt even have to pay return shipping. Now thats a GOOD vender.
