my original RO filter failed after 18 years. i wasnt sure what the problem was but when i started getting rust stuck in my teeth when i was drinking water i realized i needed to figure out WHAT was going on. this tank is.. well... a tank. and considering i cant really see inside of it, and it likely wouldnt help other people if i waited another 18 years to see if it holds up i figured id write a review now and make some assumptions about whether this tank is quality. And, since im a risk taker, I am saying it is! there. thanks ispring!

Good for small households. We had to purchse a larger water storage tank because the tank that came with the system wasn't holding enough water for our big family.

Best filter, best customer service. As a former commercial construction manager who has spent hundreds of thousands of $ on reverse osmosis water filtration systems for some of my larger projects, I was initially skeptical about how well the iSpring 5 stage RO filtration system would work at such a reasonable cost- until I installed it under my kitchen sink and tasted the water afterwards. Whereas our water supply is considered one of the best in our state, that first glass of iSpring filtered water astounded me with just how good it tasted. And the customer service at iSpring is just as excellent - when I had a problem with a replacement filter due to over tightening it, iSpring had a new one delivered within two days ar no additional cost to me. If you want a reasonably priced RO water filter that produces excellent drinking water, your research has ended, this is the one to get.

Pretty easy to install. I had it installed in about two hours total but decided to run longer lines and place the unit in the basement below the kitchen sink for easier access.The instructions really only talk about undersink mounting in the cabinet so any other location takes some planning. I bought some extra 1/4 inch tubing ( 30 feet) for the longer runs.Nearly two weeks after install and no complaints yet.

This ISPRING RCC7 water filtration system is easy to install, and does an excellent job removing dissolved solids, minerals, and toxins from tap water. We have fairly hard tap water and our whole house water filter knocks dissolved solids down to 23 from 329ppm. Good job ISPRING!

Weve been drinking bottle water for years, finally decided to purchase a RO water system. This system comes with best instruction manual Ive ever seen.We connected the system to refrigerator as well, now we drink water anytime we want, water taste so great!
