In addition to the obvious improvement in taste, I also measured the pH of our water before and after installing this, and it is now dead neutral (and we have well water that's very acidic) so I know it's doing it's job.

While arranging, I made sure to not pinch any lines, so there are a lot of colorful loops floating around the top of the purifier. I also suggest that you get ICEK from iSpring. When you use a lot of ice, as I do, it's kind of pointless to have unfiltered ice melting into filtered water.

Clear instructions with colored water lines showing what goes where. This product works like mini PEX, you just push a lot of the connections in, and done! No need to screw unit to a wall under the sink, it can just sit on the floor (easier to change filters that way too).

We recently bought an acreage property and even though we are well water, their can be some very bad stuff in it. Received this system in 2 days and got it installed. Weird taste and smell in our water was gone. This system does work!

I can tell you, there is a very noticeable and pleasant difference between the freshness and cleanness of the filtered water versus the tap water. No leaks, no issues with install, just great tasting water.

The instructions were awesome and made installation as easy as it could be! I was never confused about what I needed to do or how it was done. Works like it is supposed to.
