Great system. I did some research , and found this product to fit our needs. Very easy to install, however I highly recommend watching the video before install. Our water tastes awesome. The RO System is worth its weight in gold. And thanks to Nick, he was really great.

After watching the recommended installation videos and reviewing the instructions the installation was very straightforward. I was able to install the system under my kitchen sink using only the supplies provided. The resulting water quality is excellent and we are thrilled to ditch the habit of running to store to refill water bottles 2x a week. I expect the system will pay for itself considering what we will save on bottled water. I was also presently surprised to find that the system includes a water leak alarm that will alert us in the unlikely event of a leak under the sink. I was not expecting this added accessory and appreciate the peace of mind.

The installation of this product was very simple and clear with the included directions. Make sure to watch the installation video to make it even easier. I can taste a major improvement in the quality of the water from when I was just using a Brita filter. I sent iSpring a video and pictures of the installation and Nick was kind enough to send a 1-Year supply of replacement filters. Thank you Nick and iSpring!

The filter has been working great so far, I love that the water tastes good and that I was able to filter out all the nasty chemicals in the city water. My upstairs neighbor is interested in getting something like this and so is one of my good friends. I will recommend the system to both of them. It was pretty easy to install as the instructions are very clear and helpful and it comes with some spare parts and a leak alarm. Once it was installed I had one tiny leak because one part was not tightened enough. The instructions had a troubleshooting section which helped me figure out what I needed to fix and was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes. I will update the review if anything changes but so far I love it!

Received in 2 days and had the system installed in one hour. Instructions and video was professionally easy to follow. The system look and performs as a quality product. Tested my water before installation was 295 ppm and after doing the required flushing of this unit the water tester came in at 4 ppm. Great product very happy. On top of all that Nick from iSpring followed up and left his phone number if I had any question.

Love this reverse osmosis system. The water tastes great. My daughters dont like our water from the sink or from our filtered refrigerated water but love this water. We use it in coffee, cooking, drinking, and anything where we want good tasting and clean water. Would highly recommend this complete reverse osmosis system!
