This is the second ispring RO system I have owned. Two different houses. The reason I purchased the second one is because of the water quality and exceptional taste we get from the system. If you like good coffee, you should install one of these systems. You won’t believe the difference in the taste of your coffee.

I have been using iSpring r/o 6 stage system for 10+ years , The best quality and tasting water hands down ! In the the last month I added the UV sterilization filter Now I have noticed an even better tasting crisp water ! Also the customer service at iSpring is Great !

In a world with so many choices...hands down iSpring and 123filters is by far the best! The equipment is super solid but, if on the off chance you have any problems you will get a live US customer service agent that will take excellent care of you. I have three different iSpring RO units and have been extremely satisfied with all of them. I had one small plastic elbow that was broken during shipping and Sean my agent handled it super fast and without any hassle. He re-shipped me a new unit in one day. iSpring RO is the best in its class, priced right, great quality, super tasty and pure water. Super grateful to work with such an awesome company... Do not buy this unless you want to wait 10 minutes to get 12 oz of water. The pressure is so low, it’s almost a dribble. I would not recommend this unit.The last one I had was from Rain Soft and it was WAY better.

I purchased this system just a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. I did extensive research on under counter RO systems and I found that the iSpring system did one thing the others did not. It was the ratio of purified water to wastewater! Water is a precious resource and the idea of sending 3 gallons down my drain to produce 1 gallon RO water made no sense to me and I wouldn't do it. However, I could live with 1:1. T One other thing. The unit is fairly large, so I installed it in my basement, then added an extra storage tank under the sink to boost the faucet flow which also added a boost to the water supply to my fridge. So all in all this is a spectacular system and I highly recommend it!

Great water filtration system and great customer service. I've owned my iSpring RO system for over 2 years now. My filters were damaged by a faulty well pressure switch. Even though the damage wasn't iSpring's fault, Francis was very quick to respond and ship the needed replacement parts. Great company.

I bought this unit about three months ago to treat my city water. The unit was very easy to install and the water tastes great. I was buying several cases of bottle water and the 5 gallons jugs before I purchased RCC1UP-AK. Over the past few weeks the unit has been making a surging / thumping noise after you fill a glass of water. I reached out to iSpring and they were super helpful. Nick took care of me and sent out the replace parts immediately. Things happen and you can usually tell how a company is run by the customer support. A+ for the product and customer support!

The water tastes great. My tap water TDS is 350+ and output from this system is ~50. And it tastes great. With the added UV I can feel comfortable drinking it directly from the tap.
