I purchased my whole house filter system 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with it. It has one quirk, but not serious. I replace filters every 18 or so months and the experience is always painless. This time I dealt with a customer service rep, Sean, who was very helpful, as I always make the same mistake and have to try to fix it. The system uses O-rings to seal the canister to the housing to prevent leakage (here's the quirk) which are effective, but must be TIGHTENED ALOT. I always forget to get the O-rings to replace with the new filter elements. If you don't use new O-rings and TIGHTEN ALOT the canisters leak. Not badly, but an occasional drip that never quits unless you TIGHTEN ALOT. When completed the system does everything it claims and the support (thank you Sean) is top-notch. I would recommend the WGB-32B to anyone looking for a whole house filter system. Maybe the engineers will update the design to fix the O-ring problem.

Replacement part was send out immediately for replacement. Installed in seconds and have had great results. I applaud the excellent support given.I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a water filter system.

I installed this system in my home over two years ago, which was an easy process. It worked fine the whole time, with no noticeable loss in pressure or flow. I changed the filter elements this past spring and must have done something incorrectly because after a few days, the stage one canister split, flooding my basement.I contacted customer support and Brian asked a few questions about the system and offered to send me a replacement at no charge, despite it being out of warranty! My only complaint is the plastic wrench used to remove the canisters isn't very robust.

Pros:1. Does a great job filtering the water2. Relatively inexpensive, compared to others of the same caliber.3. Replacement filters are less expensive than most of the competitionCons:1. Don't let the videos and instructions fool you. This is NOT something for the timid to install.2. Instruction manual leaves out a few key steps.3. You will need to purchase some gaskets to completely seal off leaks.Installing:I think the people who wrote the manual assumed that this would be installed in a place with unlimited space. In the real world, if you need to take it out of direct line with the water line, you need about twice as much space as they suggest in the manual. Input and output feeds were clearly not made with the intention of using elbows. A tip you might find useful is to build a solid surface on your wall, attached to at least three vertical studs, and then attach the support bracket to that.Use:Once I finally got it installed, I fell in love with it. I measured total dissolved solids (TDS) before we installed the system using a meter I bought at the hardware store. The meter measured up to 1500 parts per million. I'm not saying our water coming out of the well is bad, but it totally pegged the meter, so we really don't know what a accurate measurement would be. Additionally, the water coming out of the ground always had a faint "rotten egg" smell. Not abusively offensive, but enough to make it unpleasant.After the filter was set up and we ran the water for about twenty minutes to flush out the pipes, we did another measurement and it came out at 210ppm TDS. The smell was totally gone. Considering what it had to work with, I think the filter did an amazing job.So overall, I think it was worth the money. But a plumber would have been as well.

Excellent water filtration system. After the install and purging the water lines in the house, there was an immediate improvement in the taste of the water. Highly recommend. The company selling this is great to work with also. They can tell which filter cartridges to use depending on the water to be filtered.

These were so good, we got them for two houses. My son picked them out after research. Long Island water can be frightening. We bought these for our health.The flavor is an added benefit.Contacting customer support, specifically Adam, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Adam immediately fixed the problem. His attitude toward the customer was highly commendable. I would not hesitate purchasing their products.It’s an expensive item, but we bought a cheap one first and our then got the good one. I was told the installation (not by me) is not complicated.It means so much to feel safe drinking your own water!!

The unit works and is great at filtering my city water. Unfortunately I've had nothing but bad luck with this unit. Had no problems with it for about a year and half. Come Aug of 2019 and one of the blue canisters decided to crack and leak water all over my basement. I called Nick at iSpring and they immediately sent out a replacement. Now again Aug of 2020 the other canister decided to crack and leaked exact same way as the first one did. Called Nick again and they sent out 2 replacements. 1 for the cracked one and 1 extra for the one that did not crack yet. It could just be my luck, and got a defective unit from production. FYI my inlet PSI stays around 55-60 psi. Needless to say even tho I've had no luck with this unit iSpring's customer service is top notch. Even after warranty ended they still sent me replacements no question asked. They really do stand by they products! After these filters get used up i will be switching to a different unit from them.

I had a licensed plumber install my unit. He also installed a filter bypass system so that I do not need to turn off the main water supply when I change the filters every 9 months.Although we are served by city water there is a big improvement in taste using the WGB32B filter system.I recently had to call iSpring about a cracked filter canister and received excellent customer supprt from Nick.Overall I am very pleased with this system. I also think the replacement filters are reasonably priced.
