It works as described! Easy to install, clearly labeled, instructions were simple to follow, and the filters work. I think they do last longer than recommended too -- manufacturers are just covering themselves for liability reasons (and I secretly not-so-secretly think they want us to buy refills more often... same with oil changes). Just my two cents. Weve had the replacement filters now for about 9 months (our last set of filters lasted about 6 months longer than advertised). Probably also depends on the water entering the system... so your mileage may vary.

the folks at i spring go above and beyond. i had new counter tops installed and the hole for the RO spigot was to large.iSpring immediately sent me one with a larger base that worked out great. this is only an example of how they assisted mein my installation.if your looking for a RO unit, iSpring is the right place to go.

Love this filter setup. Had a 5 stage before this one. Now I upgraded to this one. It makes the water taste amazing. Drinking other water after using this system will make you realize how nasty bottles water/tap water is.

Just replaced out filters after the first year. This kit includes filters for 1 yr and 6 month replacement. I wont wait a year to replace again. Easy enough to install. I referred back to the installation video which also talks about how to replace the filters. Fairly simple. A little more difficult than the initial install of the system. I say this because I dont recall having to hook up the carbon filter and alkaline filters with the screw in fittings. Removing the fittings from the used filter, cleaning off the teflon tape, and reapplying and installing took a little bit of time. I got water all over the place, but I also wasnt being incredibly cautious as I wasnt concerned about water on my tile flooring.Filters were packaged nice. Very clearly indicated what each filter is. Easy replacement. Love the overall system. Highly recommend!

Ive done commercial water treatment for the past fourty years & after almost two years of service with this unit I couldnt be happier. Unlike most people I actually check the hardness, conductivity, PH, alkalinity, etc. The filters & membrane take less than five minutes to change & once a year is more than sufficient for a family of five
