I'm not a big DIY guy but the installation was very simple. A big improvement over the jug filter we had: faster and easier, filtered water for more uses (eg. rinsing fruit and veg). Should have done this ages ago.

The average DIYer can easily install in about an hour or less if you don't need to drill a hole on your countertop. Great system! Installed myself and took only a few hours.

I investigated reverse osmosis systems and finally bought this one. Like the tankless design as it saves space and eases my concern for the bladder of a tank usually used in a ro unit. Water tastes absolutely delicious!

I was redoing my kitchen and bought one of these to replace the common faucet mounted filter that we had. This system matches our contemporary style kitchen. Installation was so easy after watching the video. No leaks and great water pressure. Water tastes so good!

Have been using the system for five months. Unpacking this was very easy, the quick start instructions basically get you through the installation, the two biggest surprises were that we didn't need to go to the hardware store for anything, literally not one thing, and the second being that it adapted perfectly into my sink/faucet/pipes, despite my garbage disposal being in a different position than normal. Easy installation. Like how the system produces clean water efficiently than traditional ones(much less waste water). TDS display at the faucet is so convenient. Definitely a 5-star system!

Solid and well built. I was very impressed with the installation instructions in the video. Easy to follow. Without any help, I completed the installation within an hour. Water tastes really good!

-Does not need to be mounted - it can sit on the floor (under sink). I am very happy with the system and would highly recommend!
