Installation was easy! We love the fact that the tank holds 3 gallons of water which could be used in case of a water emergency. As we live in an earthquake zone, I find that fact comforting. The water itself could not taste better! Our local sometimes tastes like mud and sometimes chlorine. NO MORE!

A great RO system, but the fantastic customer service from iSpring sets this RO system above all others. I have owned several RO systems purchased from Costco and all filtered the water as expected, but what makes the RCC7 superior are the thoughtful engineering and build quality, the easy installation, the color coded water lines and the outstanding customer service. I needed an extra part for my installation so called iSpring, and friendly CS rep answered the phone, no lengthy voice menus to navigate, she said they would promptly ship my part for free, and it arrived 2 days later at my home across the country via Priority Mail. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend ordering this iSpring RO system over anything you can purchase at a big box store. Thanks iSpring!

The iSpring RCC7 RO system is a great buy. We purchased one for our kitchen sink and love it. It took some time to get it installed and everything in order but now that its in place, its great and the water tastes great too. The instruction manual isnt perfectly clear but by using the pictures and diagrams in the manual, you can pretty much figure it out. Reading the steps offers clarity but we were able to install the system without having to watch any of the youtube videos. The color coded tubing is very helpful and makes it a bit easier too. The included faucet is great. It looks high end and works very well. The on position is a horizontal position and stays put; its not spring loaded so you dont have to stand there and hold it on when filling up a large bottle (e.g. nalgene bottle). You can turn it on, let it fill and walk away and come back to turn it off. I used a TDS meter on tested our tap water in Southern California and got a reading of just under 400PPM. I tested our LG refrigerator carbon filtered water and that was roughly 340PPM. I then tested the iSpring RO system and got a reading of about 19PPM. This system really works and works well! We did have an issue with the plastic and metal T-adapter that connected to our city water line and fed our cold water faucet and split off to the ROs source line but after working with iSpring and the customer service team, they sent out a new all-metal T-adapter that works perfectly.

This is the exactly same RO water storage tank that came with my Watts Premier RO-Pure 531411 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, originally bought from a warehouse store about 5 years ago. My system recently developed a problem - turning on the faucet, I could only get about a cup of water before it turned into a trickle. I replace the filters and the RO membrane, but the problem persisted. After looking up some troubleshooting tips online, I knew that the problem was a ruptured air bladder inside the storage tank. Searching on Amazon.com found me this tank, and the picture shows exactly the same make and model as my original tank.The tank arrived double-boxed. However it appeared that the tank was shipped from the vendor to Amazon.com single-boxed, and there was a dent and the paint was chipped. Since I dont want to wait for a replacement nor waste a possibly working tank, I decided to install it. Installation was super easy - turn off water, disconnect the pipe that goes into the old tanks valve, remove the old tank, move the valve to the new tank, reconnect the pipe and turn on water. Now my RO system can produce gallons of water!

My water previously had a metallic taste to it. Now it is the best tasting was I have had. I think I paid too much for the plumber to install it but the product is great. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a RO system.

I purchased in iSpring RCC7 for my son and his family as a Christmas present a couple of years ago and theyve loved it. I purchased one for my wife and me earlier this year. Very easy to install (just leave the supplied hoses their full length and coil them up so you can set the entire filter assembly out on the floor when you need to change the filters). Has worked flawlessly these past few months since I installed it. I also bought a room humidifier that uses 4 - 6 gallons of water a day. The iSpring provides all of the water for this (about 2 gallons at a time before the iSpring has to recharge). A few drops of bleach every day or so and the humidifier never grows anything and it never clogs up with hard water deposits or sprays hard water dust into the room. Id definitely recommend the iSpring RCC7.
