We just installed this system 1.5 months ago, and so far, so good. It was easy to install, the filters are easy to change, and the water tastes great. I also love that the faucet which comes with this system isnt the typical short-spout type you get, but instead, its got a longer spout, enabling you to put your water container (pan, coffee pot, etc) in the sink to fill, rather than standing there holding it while waiting for it to fill. Our old R/O system was 13 years old and used for 12 of those years by a previous home owner, so it was time to dump it and get a new one. We were very excited about the iSpring once we read all the great reviews, as well as other retailer sites that sell this unit. While weve only had it up and running for 1.5 months, we love this unit and would definitely recommend it to others.

First off, I have never owned another water purifier to compare it to. That being said, this unit arrived quickly and was easy to install. Installation took me around one hour or so. The enclosed instructions were very clear and easy to follow with the exception of the PH cartridge, which was not accounted for in the instructions. This was rather easy to figure out on my own, though, so not a big deal. After installation, the unit began working as soon as the water was turn on. It took around 3 hours for the tank to initially fill. This first tank must be dumped as the new filter need to be flushed out, and youll see it as the water initially comes out white. After the first tank is drained and the unit refills it should be ready to use. One thing I did notice is that even about halfways into the second tank, the water was still coming out with a white looking substance, but upon closer inspection, this turned out to be really fine air bubbles that took a while to disperse. This is normal until all the air has been purged from the system. After completely flushing the system and everything, the water comes out very clear and tastes delicious. I personally am unable to stand drinking almost any bottled or purchased water, except for the Smart Water and 7-Elevens Pure Water. In my opinion, this water tastes better than either of those waters. So the fact that I no longer need to spend 3 dollars on two litres of water is great. I have only been using this purifier for a couple days, but if anything changes, I will revise my review to reflect such.

This filter works great, I tested the filtered water for total dissolved solids, it dropped from nearly 300ppm unfiltered to 3ppm, that is 100x cleaner! The install was a snap, I am a building contractor for 20 yrs, but I do not belong anywhere near the plumbing, this took me about 30-45 minutes to complete and it was so easy, the cold water supply is the only thing you have to put a wrench on, everything else is push in connections.

We have had our iSpring RCC7 RO system for about 3 weeks now and it is better than I imagined. I highly recommend it! It was pretty easy to install. A few words to help: be careful to install the filters the proper water flow direction, the arrows are only on the wrappers. Be sure to firmly install the hoses into the filters before securing the safety clips. Also, I recommend drilling into PVC rather than any metal pipes for the drain hose, in case you need to replace it. PVC would be much simpler to fix/replace. The manual suggest drilling into a horizontal pipe to avoid a dripping sound. However, we drilled into a vertical PVC piece and have noticed zero dripping sounds. The reading on the water tester was 170 Parts Per Million prior to filtration and now the ready hovers around 10. A dramatic improvement over the tape water. After the 2nd flush there was absolutely no odor and the water tasted pure. We mainly did it to eliminate fluoride and the taste of chlorine. The system went above and beyond my expectations.
